Liverpool vs Man Utd maybe isn't so much anymore...

I'd say it's:

1. Real Madrid/Barca, 2. Celtic/Rangers, 3. Crazy Polish teams 4...Everything else.

Real Madrid and Barca has a ridiculous history if you do a bit of research, maffia involvement and everything else.

Celtic and Rangers anually involves bomb threats and Major fighting.

The Polish teams usually end up trying to kill eachother - Riots and everything else.

Liverpool and Man Utd had a MASSIVE rivalry, easily the best and most vicious in the country, but now Liverpool have dropped down the table a bit and Man Utd have Chelsea/Man City more to worry about, the rivalry has died a bit.

Yeah, I agree.

I mean, to me, the Liverpool/Man U rivalry is the biggest for me, but i'm trying to see it on a more lateral scale, and given the more recent rivalries, their one seems to be losing a bit of prestige.

I'm pretty sure Barcelona v Real Madrid is the biggest game in the world in terms of viewership and worldwide interest. Utd/Pool has lost its sting because Liverpools recent failures.
