The reason Richards isn't called up is because he lacks concentration, Mancini said it, Capello said it and just about anyone else that's managed him has said it.

It's something desperately needed at International level, I wouldn't of minded him in the squad cause he is good, prefer him as a CB, but I'm pretty certain everyone that has judged Hodgson doesn't know anywhere near as much as him.

It doesn't matter who he picks, people will just fucking complain anyway!
