I'd say Gerrard is miles better then Arteta but he's 1 of those players that does a lot and get little praise. Doesn't Wilshere have more assists or goals then Rooney currently btw?

Gerrard is still an beast player, just proved it against us but he's on a timer these days.

Now Wilshere, he's a quality player.

Before he got injured, he was good enough for any team in the world IMO.

At the end of the day this has nothing at all to do with my beliefs about anything surrounding Liverpool but more to do with your small minded take on things others post in this thread and your belief that because you watch more sports than most that somehow what you have to say has more resonance than anyone else on here.

I think you need to give up the sports boards for a bit and try living in the real world with real people because obviously the amount of time you spend in has skewed your view and has given you a rather bizarre view of how to interact with people.

One thing though Steve, you get so defensive over Liverpool players man.

I understand that it's a bit kettle calling the pot black, but if people can't see the talent Gerrard still has.. Yes not like he once had, but still quality then fine, let them think that.

Like Henderson and Downing have done alright recently, and you were praising them the other day like you were trying to prove appoint to everyone a little bit. those players are like you might see Nani for United.

I love Nani, but I can't convince people he's great like you can't with Henderson and so on.. Just relax a little man, not so defensive.
