The first time I ever saw them I was at my uncle's farm. He did his own butcher work so it came time to kill his bull for winter meat. I was helping him and he, while the bull was still alive, cut the balls off of him and handed me the sack and all. I thought I was about to pass out lol. Shortly after that I tried them for the first time, and I've eaten them often ever since

At least with Rocky Mountain Oysters (Bull Balls) you know what your getting... Most Asian/Chinese/Korean BBQ places, you never know if it's beef, chicken, pork, cat, dog, rat, pigeon, goldfish, or soy...

Aren't they also called Prairie Oysters?

Actually tofu is great if you know how to cook it. And I've never heard of edamame but it looks interesting - like snow peas?
