It's a problem when you live in the UK and are a TNA fan!!! Impact is screened Sundays, and I nomally watch on a Monday, or sometimes when work is busy, not until Tuesday. PPV's don't go out until...
My comment is merely that Tazz made the slip, most unlike him, and the others just had to pretend to ignore it......... When the angle first started I wondered for a few minutes who TNA had got that...
Been rather busy since the Turning Point UK broadcast on Wednesday, so finally sat down to watch it today. Enjoyed it a lot, but did I really notice Tazz call Joseph Park "Abyss" in the middle of the...
Past : Mark "Rollerball" Rocco
One for the old school UK wrestling fans, a master of the game, and quite possibly the best wrestler I ever saw.
Current : Bully Ray
I think the lines between...
Wasn't the stipulation lifted by HH (sic) for the duration of the BFG tournament??

If he comes back he should be a heel because he is one of the finest in the business. The problem with the WWE is that whenever they bring people back they tend to build them up into faces whether...
The fact that a 3 count for a pin lasts 3 seconds, but a 10 count for a count out or last man standing match takes 30 seconds.......
Keep the tempo consistent.

Just watched Impact from last week (Americxa's Thursday show) and the crowd reaction conformed what I said back on page 4. TNA needs to get out on the road and film Impact from different venues on a...
Surely this is why TNA need to get out on the road more. The fans at the Carolina shows wre red hot, and the footage we see from the house shows is always good 'n' lively.

Hasn't this been happening since The Attitude Era in WWE/F and the NWO in WCW?? The "good old days" where we clearly knew who to boo and cheer have long gone, and fans follow their favourites...
Don't you mean Aussie No Rules Football.................

From the UK, I always remember Catweazle (Gary Cooper) and the legendary Les Kellet, awesome comedian and the legit hardest man in the UK wrestling scene.
Philip
...........and many thanks. Missed that one!!!
Ta muchly,

A few things baffled me last week, so here we go :
1. If "Wrestling Matters" so much to Tommy Dreamer, why has he left the company? Also, why are they still using his promo?
2. How can Tenay...
I enjoyed 12 Rounds, but I'm a sucker for the "Die Hard" genre, and it would have made a better Die Hard 4 than the abomination Willis starred in.

You should have seen British wrestling in the 70's / 80's for the proper stuff. Every coloured wrestler seemed to be billed as being from Africa, and all were able to deliver amazing headbutts with...
.....with the frog!!! Loved the way he used to "tickle" opponents in a way that wouldn't get past Vince's PG13 standards today.....
Philip
Many thanks for that. Obviously I've been here a bit, but just got around to saying hello!!!!! Great site, lots on interesting discussions, even for an oldster like me.
Philip
Good to know that some people do, obviously when I'm not looking!!!!

Greetings from a UK TNA fan. I stopped watching the WWE when they began asking for too much money. Pay for the programs through Sky Sports, then put the PPV's out as PPV's. Couldn't afford it...........
That's what I meant. If you are showing the program on a saturday, two nights after new episodes premiere, then why make up wait until Tuesday, then take up Saturday nights with a completely out of...
The really annoying thing is that it's on the old Bravo timeslot on a Saturday night, but 9 days out of date. Bloody stupid if you ask me.
Philip
Both of them!!!

I hope so. In his early appearences he came across as a good wrestler, before the goofy persona was dumped on him.
I'd always like to see an angle where one of the "goofy" guys loses his cool with...
