    Yeah, Outback is to Australian cuisine as the friggin' Olive Garden is to Italian. It's more than a bit of a sham, and frankly just not very good (but what chain restaurant is, really?). That said, I'd be lying if I claimed that I never drunkenly basked in the awful awesomeness of a bloomin' onion.
