We get a video package of the history of the Money in the Bank briefcase, as well as the recent history of the World Heavyweight and WWE Championship matches before we cut to the arena and fireworks go off all around the ladder based set.
Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and JR welcome us to Money in the Bank! They build up to the main events and the Money in the Bank matches, as well as the Tag Championships match which opens up the show tonight! We get a video package of John Cena and Mark Henry's recent history with The Rock, and overlooking The Kings of Wrestling, who strike back as a tag team. The video ends with The Kings of Wrestling holding up the Tag Championships.
We cut back to the arena where The Kings of Wrestling's music hits and they head out for the opening match to a good pop. They get into the ring and hold the titles up high. Mark Henry's music hits and he heads out to the ring alone for the next match. John Cena's music hits and he comes out to an entire arenaful of boos. He gets into the ring and the boos intensify. He shakes his head at the fans and smiles. The bell rings.
Match 1: The Kings of Wrestling def. John Cena & Mark Henry to retain the Tag Championships.
Match: Cena grabs the microphone from the announcer. He stops while the boos die down before saying that tonight, it marks just 4 weeks to go until the rematch of all rematches. He says that the biggest match in WWE's history part 2. He says that it's time for John Cena to kick The Rock's ass yet again! He tells everybody to go back and watch the night John Cena proved he is the GREATEST superstar in WWE history by beating The Rock! He says that as for tonight, The Kings of Wrestling will get exactly what awaits The Rock in just 28 days! That's as far as The Most Hated Man In WWE gets, as Chris Hero rolls him up from behind! The ref counts the 3.
After the match, Hero & Castognoli leave the ring as Cena realises what just happened. Henry is pissed in the ring as Cena gets up and picks the microphone up. He tells the ref to restart the match, but the ref shakes his head. Cena grabs the ref and hits an Attitude Adjustment! He leaves the ring and heads away up the ramp as Henry shakes his head in the ring. He leaves the ring pissed and walks away up the ramp.
We cut to the commentators where Cole is pissed. He asks how could anybody let that happen? He says that John Cena was clearly not ready! JR says that it doesn't matter when that bell rings! Lawler says that Cena didn't even deserve a shot at the Tag Championships, and tonight the fairness reigned supreme. He says that up next, we have our first Money in the Bank match- the Raw Money in the Bank match!
We get a video package of the eight men in this Money in the Bank match, showing the individual feuds between Irvine-Reks, Carlito-Hunico and Morrison-Swagger as well as showing Christian and Shelton Benjamin's history in this match. The video shows that Swagger won the Money in the Bank match in 2010, before showing the moves Morrison & Shelton can do given a ladder, as well as Christian's history with ladder matches, plus Hunico's death-defying style. The video shows Reks & Carlito's recent pushes, as well as Irvine's run since he debuted before ending on an eight man staredown.
We cut back to the arena where David Irvine's music hits and he makes his way out. He is soon joined by Carlito, Jack Swagger, Christian, Shelton Benjamin, John Morrison, Hunico and Tyler Reks. Michael Cole says that the great thing about this match is that it's anybody's game!
Match 2: Raw Money in the Bank match:

Shelton Benjamin sets a ladder up on the outside and uses it to propel himself onto the ropes before hitting a missile dropkick onto Carlito.
Christian gets a mini ladder and hits Irvine in the back with it before hitting a Killswitch into it.
Tyler Reks and Christian each grab ladders and take Hunico and Carlito down at ringside with them. They get into the ring and trap Irvine, Morrison, Swagger and Shelton in between them, before smashing into each other, but Reks gets the upper hand by throwing his ladder at Christian and hitting a big boot, taking Christian down.
Reks is the first man to set a ladder up, but as he's climbing it, all 7 other men in the match take him down and begin to beat down on him. They send him to ringside where Irvine continues the attack and sends Reks through the Spanish announce table with the Broken Walls.
John Morrison uses the little ladder as a step up onto the apron, where he uses the ropes to propel him forwards onto a big ladder being climbed by Swagger on the other side. Morrison swings around the ladder and hits a headscissors that sends Swagger flying to the canvas below, but also takes down Morrison. Both men roll to the outside.
Hunico climbs the solitary ladder in the ring, but Carlito brings in another ladder and hits Hunico in the side. He places the new ladder on the floor and hits a backdrop on Hunico from the standing ladder onto the new ladder!
Finish: Irvine climbs the standing ladder but Shelton grabs the ladder on the floor and sets it up next to the other ladder. He climbs the same side as Irvine. They begin to trade punches, but Christian is up on the apron. He uses the ropes to hit a Springboard Spear to send Shelton to the canvas. Christian tries to get up but Irvine kicks him in the head, sending him back to the floor below. He carries on climbing and touches the briefcase, but just as he touches the briefcase, the fans go nuts because on the other side, here comes Tyler Reks! Irvine tries to punch 'The Wrecking Ball' in the head but Reks catches the punch and pulls Irvine onto his shoulders, before delivering a HUGE Burning Hammer from the top of the ladder, but Reks still remains on the ladder himself! He climbs the last few rungs and unhooks the briefcase to become Raw's Mr. Money in the Bank!
After the match, Reks continues to celebrate atop the ladder as the fans go mental. The ring and ringside area is full of bodies. Reks drops down and heads up the ramp as each man around the ring begins to get up. JR congratulates Reks and says that was one hell of a match! Lawler says that Reks has proven time and time again that he deserves that briefcase, and he just did it one more time! Cole says that it's time to move on and up next is one of the more bizarre matches tonight, it's time for Santino Marella to face Kane!
A video package shows the recent history of Santino & Kane's rivalry over the usage of the Cobra and how Kane feels Santino has become a joke. We cut to the arena where Kane's pyro and music hits and he heads out for the next match. Santino's music hits and he heads out for the next match.
Match 3: Kane def. Santino Marella.
Finish: Kane controls the match but just as he's looking for the Chokeslam, Santino pulls out the Cobra and lands it! He covers Kane but Kane kicks out at 2! Santino can't believe it and goes for a second Cobra as Kane rises but Kane stops the Cobra and hits a Chokeslam! He covers Santino and this one is over!
After the match, Kane grabs the Cobra sock off Santino's hand and places it on the turnbuckle. He does his taunt and the sock goes up in flames as Santino watches. Kane offers his hand to Santino, and pulls Santino up. He heads backstage as Santino looks at the charred remains of his sock. He leaves the ring and heads away up the ramp.
We cut to the commentators where Cole says that it's finally time for Santino to get rid of that sock! JR says that it's gonna be interesting to see where Santino goes from here. Lawler says that is true, but up next is time for our second championship match of the night as the US Championship is contested between the Champ Tyler Black and The Million Dollar Son Ted Dibiase!
A video package is shown of Dibiase's recent push, before he attacked Tyler Black, who fought back and their short rivalry lead to this match. We cut back to the arena where Ted Dibiase's music hits and he heads out for the next match. Tyler Black's music hits and he comes out for the next match.
Match 4:
Finish: Dibiase hits a big half nelson backbreaker. He goes for the cover but Black kicks out at 2. Dibiase drags Black up by his hair but Black goes for the roll up, which Dibiase kicks out at 2 from. They both reach their feet at the same time and Black hits a clothesline. He picks Dibiase up and goes for the Paroxysm but Randy Orton comes out onto the stage with a mic. He starts shouting 'Seth, Seth', distracting Black, who lets Dibiase go and comes to the ropes. Dibiase grabs Black and goes for the Dream Street, but Black twists out and kicks Dibiase in the gut. He follows up with an Avada Kedavra! He covers Dibiase and gets the victory.
After the match, Orton can't believe what just happened on the stage as Black lifts his US Championship in the air in celebration. Orton goes backstage to get ready as Black celebrates in the ring. Dibiase gets up and looks furiously at Black. He leaves the ring and walks away.
We cut to the commentators who state that Black overcame both Dibiase and a distraction from Orton! JR says that Black has been US Champion for nearly 3 months now, and he's proven to be a great champ every step of the way! Lawler says that he's sure Dibiase, who has been very impressive lately, will be back. Cole says that Dibiase will be the next US Champion very soon! JR says that's all well and good but right now, it's time for our second Money in the Bank match as the Smackdown guys try to get that briefcase!
