Taker has lost to brock on 3 PPV's,never beaten him on PPV,they could hype that up

Well, Taker can pick whoever he wants to face at WM, its all up to him. What he says goes. And seriously, considering their story, i am quite sure the Undertaker cant stand Brock Lesnars guts, so he will not give him the honor to even TRY to end the streak.
Who COULD he face this year? Seriously, after the last 4 WM matches against HBK and HHH? Noone has the credibility to even live up to that. No Punk, no Cena, no Ryback, no Barrett. So...as much as it pains me to say that as a huge Taker fan: Its good, Taker. Time to Rest In Peace.

Nah, I think Taker vs Cena can possibly be the biggest match ever booked at Wrestlemania and can definitely draw more interest than Taker vs Michaels or Taker vs Triple H. John Cena taking on The Undertaker for the streak would be HUGE if built right.

Rock, Lesnar, Cena and Punk are the only realistic choices I see.

A match with lesnar would be pretty physical, so I do not see that happening.
The Rock has been out of the ring for too long so maybe they would be afraid of him botching something, however it could be a decent match.
Im sure Cena will get his turn either this WM or next WM. It would be hard for them not to make that match.
Punk would probably be a pretty easy match for Taker. Punk is not very physical in the ring.
