By the way, saw the first 10 minutes of the BF3 campaign, looks pretty darn good. I may even want to get that little earlier then I originally planned.

November is traditionally the biggest month of the year for releases as companies want their games in stores by the time Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving, and the busiest shopping day of the year) rolls around. Waiting until December to put stuff on shelves makes almost no sense from a business standpoint. The December release of Mario Kart 7 is the one exception to the rule, but that's only because Nintendo can get away with it on account of the game being an evergreen title (meaning that the game will have strong, consistent sales over the course of several years, rendering the release window almost entirely irrelevant).

Nope. They haven't even started remaking that yet (though there have been internal discussions). Aonuma said that they do have another Zelda in the works for the system but it's going to be a from-the-ground-up original title.
