I was seeing Synthesis as the actual Paragon option, as Control doesn't solve the problem of man vs machine, just implements a galactic police force.

Control is Paragon (Blue) destroy is Renegade (Red) and Synthesis is a mix (White)

I thought it was green. But, to me at least, synthesis is more paragon because it solves the problem of man vs machine and evolves life into a new stage.

That was pretty damn stupid.

Finished XCOM yesterday, to anyone who hasn't played it, it's a great game. I don't tend to get ridiculously buzzed about a game too easily, but for about £20 (it'll probably be about $30 in the US, that's about the equivalent) it's a quality game with plenty of replay-ability.
