Xbox, meh. It's a good console, and it has it's good things, but there are several bad things about it IMO. The fact that you have to pa for online gaming is ridiculous for starters, and don't get me started on the '3 red rings of death'. I've witnessed that happening to my mate's Xbox no less than 3 times in as many years (it survived twice, but the third time, not so lucky).

The Wii is a great alternative to the usual console, since it actually gets you out of your chair and on your feet doing stuff, plus I've always liked Nintendo.

But the Playstation always has been and always will be my console of choice. The online is better, the graphics are better, and the exclusives are better IMO.

xbox doesn´t have the red rings anymore at least not the slim version

Oh it does. It is just harder to kill the slim version then the arcade version.

i have never seen a video or myself of the rrod
there is a red dot of death which really isnt a death it just means you need to insert your hard drive orrectly
you get a notification to turn off your console when its heated up

I probably won't get it when it first comes out though, cos' if it's any thing like the first once it's been out a couple of week the price will plummet. I got it brand new for £15, within a month of release!
