I was always a little let down by the Fable series. Peter Molyneux kind of saddled the game with some unfair expectations when he spent years hyping the game to absurd levels, making promises that were almost impossible to live up to. Not a bad series by any stretch, but it just never really delivered the experience that I had built in my head.

All true. Molyneux has always been one to hype a little too much. After the first Fable, I would always just roll my eyes at anything he'd say regarding Fable.

This should keep me till new Mass Effect 2 DLC comes out. Then I'll be busy with that till Mass Effect 3

I'm a little jealous, as I've yet to play a Mass Effect game. I know part 2 is hitting PS3 soon, but I'm not sure that's something I want to get without having played the first one. Heard they're amazing, though.

Fucking amazing game. Highly recommend it if you love/enjoy anything Sci-Fi.

You definitely have to play the 1st before the 2nd. You just have to.

Yeah, I'm a completionist, anyways. If the 6th installment in a series is particularly amazing, I'll force myself through the first 5 before I get to it. Just kind of weird like that.

Bit of the same myself. I probably wouldn't force myself through the first 5, but I would at least read about the story before playing.

Anyone else here buy new games before they're finished playing the ones that they already own? I have over a dozen PS3 games still in their shrink-wrap, yet I keep buying more. Bunch for the Wii, too. My backlog is ridiculous.

No, but the amount of comics/TPB's I still have to read is scary!!!

I still have to get past the 2nd level on God of War 3, and I've had the game since X-mas!! Not because I'm stuck, but because I just can never find the time needed to play video game's.
