A shame, but if it's policy, then it is what it is. WWE will see that she's talented so she will be kept for the 2 years until she's old enough for sure. Otherwise, why would they have signed her.

And you need to consider that when she is called up and needs to travel around the country, she will be around people who are mostly a decade older. It's a whole other dimension. Travel is the hardest part of pro wrestling and especially for someone who is 19.
