I think Cody doesn't need the WHC as yet. All he needs to do is to continue with what he's been doing for the past couple of months. I want him to have a long lenghty run as IC champ, feud with some established stars and keep up his great in-ring work. From here on All Rhodes Lead To Victory.

I'd have him keep the IC belt up until Mania. Drop it too DiBiase, who will hopefully be built up enough to take the title. Have the usual rematch at the next PPV. Put him in a feud with a main eventer and put him over. Then after that have a WHC match, maybe not win it but at least make him look like a credibile threat. Give him another run as IC Champion. Dominate every challenger that comes his way. Win the 2013 Royal Rumble and he headlines WrestleMania against Randy Orton in a match for both the WHC and IC championship. Wins the match and is both IC Champion and WHC. Sounds like a pretty good way to make him a star if you ask me.
