I posted a blog but besides the title there's a symbol that says moderate blog, what is that??, my blog is the only that have it

It means that you have creative access to that blog. I'm not exactly sure what all the features are, but it's the same with your profile comments. If you look at your profile page, and scroll down to the bottom, you see a button that says "Moderation tools", where you can delete posts.

Your blog is the only one that has it, because you wouldn't actually be able to moderate another person's blog, but they would too have that same option on their side.
