All games in 2012 for the Premier League are the matches we are going to predict.
This means the second half of the 2011/12 season and the first half of the 2012/13 season matches are the ones for this year. There is a reason for this as well.
1 - It'll make the December matches mean a bit more important.
2 - Gives us a break from doing it in the june-ish time
3 - I think its better to call this the 2012 PL prediction contest than the 2011/12 season PL prediction contest.
Here is how it works.
Say the match is Blackburn Rovers vs. Swansea City. I will post the fixtures (all in this thread so do come back to this thread to do the following weeks matches
) and you put what you think the score will end up.
So lets say I guess 0-2 to Swansea City and it turns out Swansea wins 0-7 (Fucking hell Blackburn! Sack Steve Kean!) I gain 3 points for guessing Swansea would win.
You gain 2 bonus points for guessing the EXACT scoreline correctly. So say WadeBarrett1979 guess 0-7 to Swansea, he would gain 5 points whilst I would only gain 3 for guessing Swansea would win.
I don't gain an extra point for guessing Blackburn wouldn't score. So its guess the
EXACT scoreline.
Also I will also add that in the event of draws it is 3 points for guessing it would end in a draw and 2 bonus for guessing the exact score draw.
Finally. This is just a bit of fun guys. Doesn't matter how long the contest has been going on for, as long as you have fun
