With Orton injured, think they will have Cena not wrestle till Mania?
With Cena vs Rock the Main Event, and now with Randy Orton going down with injury, think they might have Cena not wrestle for a while and just keep doing promos just to be safe?

Have him definitely be in the Rumble, but maybe sit out at Elimination Chamber, but have some promos at the PPV?

R-Truth is back a the 3rd RAW top FACE, so Cena can wrestle and even injure himself.... we're safe with R-Truth.... Thanks Vince.....

Well the risk of injury is always there and Wrestlemania is too far away.
Sure as Hell he is going to wrestle, WWE will take the chance and he sure is willing to do so.

We can report that the Randy Orton injury was a pre-existing injury. Orton has been protected in recent outings, since about December 19th, so that he would not have to do too much physically on TV.
Orton could miss up to six months of in-ring time, causing him to miss WrestleMania 28. An official update from WWE should be available soon.
At this point, the plan looks to be to move one of the RAW matches to the SmackDown tour to help fortify the lineups starting tonight.
