I was just wondering if anyone remembers wrestling society X (WSX). If you do do you have fond memories or do you cringe at the very mention of it's name?

Here's a few of my thoughts on this MTV style promotion.
The half hour episodes were cool for what they were, which was presented in true MTV fashion from the wsx arena (a modified MTV studio).Music bands, loud obnoxious anouncers, guest commentators who mostly didn't have a clue what they were seeing and heavily edited matches that eliminated any selling and focused 100% on the awesome moves these guys pull off. They had an awesome roster. Evan Bourne as a heel. Jack evans. The human tornado. Vampiro. Colt cabana was brilliant as Matt classic. so many more.
The tag team division was given top priority. Teams such as teddy hart and m dogg 20, ruckus and baby slymm, team dragon gate and more.
There were some crazy matches involving electric coffins and steel cages. Vampiro was even on the receiving end of a special effect fireball that has to be seen to believe!!

Though it was never going to be a world beater it was definitely an alternative to mainstream wrestling and was something completely fresh.
Admitidly it had a lot of flaws. But If you look past these and take it for what it was, it was really quite a fun promotion.
I just wish it had of run for more than one season!

Annoying effects and all. But their tagteam talent would rival TNAs, who are said to have the "best tagteam division in the world". If WSX was still around it would top TNA in tagteam wrestling.

They did some crazzzzzzy shit on the show..it let Teddy Hart go wild with his moves, and that's what i liked about it.

I remember their final matches of the show ends in explosions for some reason. But I watched it when it was on TV (if they didn't constantly jump timeslots). I'm hoping LL:USA doesn't end up the same way.

Yeah it was bloody awesome! That shooting star press that Hart hit was sick!!! I never got to see Do It For Her.. only got to see up to episode 9, and then it got cancelled, so I didn't get to see anything after that..

Just wondering..was that fireball that Banderas hit Vampiro with real? Some people were saying that it was, and was the reason WSX got cancelled.

Just looked it up. The team was "Doing It For Her"? That was Tyler Black LOL not Reks
