In accordance with the Employees Rights Act 1996, I am within legal right to request from you a formal and written explanation as to why my contract as manager of EWN United was terminated. As the new manager of the newly formed "EWN Clique" pro club, I feel that it is your duty to provide me with said explanation within a 2 week deadline, otherwise I shall have no other alternative than to pursue legal action for unfair dismissal.
