He's an idiot plain and simple. And it has to be more then weed, because weed is only a fine, it's either that spice crap that he was smoking or pain killers without a doctor's note. My guess is it's spice, what he got busted with before.
Honestly they should just fire him at this point since he is damaging the tag team division (which was already in a rought patch before Air Boom) and while he is a good athlete and really does have a nice finisher he has shown himself to be unreliable and defiant, and I can see why Triple H would be down on him. There is alwasy going to be renegades in this business but when you speak out make sure you live a clean life like C.M. Punk does or you are gonna find youself in hot water.
If he was fired or left WWE he would go to ROH, and compete there. They would take him back but there probably would be some heat on him in regards to the drugs. That being said guys are not leaving WWE and going to TNA anymore because TNA right now has a terrible reputation. I think most of that has to do with Hogan and Bishoff, but Russo plays a part in that as well. Dixie Carter seems like a nice lady and not a dick like Vince Mcmahon (but Vince knows how to run a business, not perfectly since he makes alot of mistakes but still knows how to run a business) Dixie is a mark and a mark should not run a wrestling company because frankly she took whatever good will TNA had as the second top promotion and trashed it by bringing in Hogan and Bishoff, two guys who should be no where near a wrestling company in 2012, on screen or off screen.
