There is NO Way they will show him taking off his hair like that if they had any plan of him still being "the Phenom". You can't be the undertaker without having hair.

Don't think so, he always wanted to retire as the Deadman and he is pretty close now I guess. And about the Hair, I think it will be as short as he got it in 2004 or a little altered to make him look more psychotic and agressive than before.
