What are you talking about man.... the Punk promo was awesome dude.

Glad you liked it man and I agree, was well done from both Zero and Bear.

It's also nice hearing people give each other credit where it's due, when I first started e-ffeding here on this site, it was not something I seen regular unless a creative member or a friend pointed it out which was a shame.. Nice to see it's a regular thing here though!

I knew some people would. I knew that much but was not expecting it to be chosen alongside with Bear's work as the best promo of the show since very rarely, these days, do the promos I do or am part of get recognized as the best promo.

Most times, the recognition I get in promos comes from TWE when I do Greed promos but elsewhere, my guys tend to be somewhat overlooked by other extraordinary guys and their promos. A good example would in JBW, where Robareid's Rob Rage kicks ass with the promos he does and often times gets the best promo nod from the users. This new generation of fedders like Robareid, VHX, Eddie, etc. has really stepped up their game and it shows.

I always enter the promos in the shows I'm in with the open mind that as I good as I may do a promo, there's usually one or more that are better. Thus my surprise when the ones I do or am involved with are categorized as the best. It's genuine surprise and a confidence booster. That's all.

But as for what's being discussed- I tend to be a creative member a lot of the time but when a promo is outstanding, I make certain to say that, regardless of if I'm a friend of the person involved or not- and we may have the best bromance on these here boards but that promo was outstanding. It did it's job and the change in Punk's gimmick is perfect- because that's what you wanted to do with Punk and you couldn't do that mid-feud. It's believable which means all of creative are happy with it- and it's something you feel capable of doing. I can't wait to see where the gimmick goes.

But again, I just mean I'm genuinely surprised when some of the work I do or am involved with gets that level of recognition. It's a great feeling that carries on to next promo, and the next and the next but I put a lot thought into the promos I do, whether they be a long or short one so even if it's not recognized, I still try to put on as best a promo I can with the characters I play and that's all I can ask of myself.

As long as I'm happy with the work that's been done, all is well
