Any Other Constructive Criticism: This really goes out to the roster, as opposed to the creative team. Promos were late this week, if you can't do them on time, inform Des so he can at least make changes to the script if needed, don't hold the show hostage with your time burgling.

This. I've learnt this past week through first hand experience, how annoying it is to have late promos, and how important it is to let the fed owner know if you miss a promo
