That is sad bro... I hate companies using Facebook for any type of hiring stance. What a person does (or doesn't) do in their free time is of no concern to their employer so long as they are;

(1) Not in or on Company property
(2) Do not violate company guidelines - Drug testing policies
(3) Are not discrediting said company - Youtube videos talking shit about their employer
(4) Do not risk being arrested for their actions - If you get put in the can, the employer has the right to can you

sadly facebook is public and easily accessible for companies to use. just don't post pictures of you doing drugs and you should be fine though.
