Buddy Rogers...Ric Flair

love Ric and what his done for the business but i just realized his whole gimmick and style of wrestling was a rip off form Buddy Roger...just wondering if people give him less credit because of this? i don't personally because of the impact he had on, but what are peoples opinion on wrestler stealing gimmick form lesser known wrestlers?

no, old school wrestlers have nothing but respect for Ric and Buddy. It was George Scott who booked JCP at the time that came up with the idea for Ric to go by the nature boy. But besides the name and finisher they were two different guys in the ring and in promos. both were awesome.
