Okay so the point in this thread is to own names of wrestling moves, titles or catchphrases. Mainly just to stop any confusion of who had it first really if the event of someone ends up with the same title or something and just so you know what to avoid if you're thinking of a new character.

This was just a thought really.

So if I say:

Van Hooligan X trademarks "The Vanity" I can use it as my catchphrase or title.

In that case, this thread is L.O.L. I mean seriously? Trademarking stuff? Please. We've had enough trouble with people taking e-fedding too seriously recently, this epitomizes taking e-fedding too serious perfectly!

I can understand things like ppv names, or names for the shows of each e-fed, but anything beyond that is just ridiculous if you ask me.
