I'm downloading the Rebellion pack right now but I haven't tried the rest of the downloads.

I've downloaded all the free DLC they've released so far (except the new ending one). They're mostly just free guns and characters for MP.

I really want the prothean pack and I want to now if the Take Earth Back one is worth paying for before getting that.

The Prothean mission is kinda cool, but far too short. Lair of the Shadow Broker for ME2 is the best DLC by far.
