Ok, it turns out that it wasn't TTC on PS3, but rather his cousin who lives with him.

After a chat with him, TTC's been in hospital for the past week after having surgery on his stomach/bowel area, hence his absence.

I had a gut feeling(pardon the pun) something of that nature was keeping him out of commission. Do you know when he's coming back?

I know how them surgeries can be. I had my appendix took out and that took me out of commission for a while.

Not a clue. All I got was that he is "slowly recovering". So I don't know how long that may be.
His cousin though (using TTC's PS3 account is online pretty much daily, so at least I have some way of getting updates on the situation.

hope everything will be ok with TTC. His recovery will take some time and his best thing to do is take it easy. And if with the surgery, they had to do a colostomy bag- the recovery will be even longer. I hope that isnt the case, even if it a temp colostomy. My mum had to go thru all that

Unless it was an emergency operation, I fail to see why a curtious PM to people couldn't happen.

I follow everyone's sentiments with hoping he is OK, but I remain eyebrow-raised sceptical.

If it's legit, then I don't see how he could have sent a PM if he was in hospital...

To add, going by what I was told last night, it was an emergency thing. He went to the doctor with stomach pains, and the doctor referred him to the hospital immediately, and upon being inspected there he had the operation.

If it's an operation that has been planned for a few weeks, then yes he could have sent a PM. If it is an operation that has come about after visiting a hospital and being kept in, that would fall under the catergory of 'emergency'.
