    IC, they've been pushing it hard on Rhodes while nothing is really done with US title.

    Neither really edges it out for me. The IC has a good champion but is barely defended while the US title has plenty of title defenses but after Ziggler lost it, it has been changing hands on each champs first title defenses. If it was an option I'd pick X-Division because it has a great champ, defended in good matches and a long reign.
