Tenay: Welcome back to Nitro ladies and gentlemen where we have an interesting bout up next between The Rock and Samoa Joe.
Bischoff: I can't wait for the Samoan Submission Machine to kick that Punk Rocky's ass here Mike!
Samoa Joe enters the arena to boos from the capacity crowd. He ignores them, towel draped around his neck as he strolls to the ring, focused on the task ahead.

Tenay: And here comes The Man they call The Samoan Submission Machine. Make no mistake about it, Eric, this guy is a dangerous opponent for anyone! He is a former TNA World Heavyweight Champion, and he stated on his twitter account this week that he will show The Rock what a real Samoan wrestles like. Strong words from Joe.
Bischoff: And ya know what Tenay, Joe is 100% right. This guy is a wrecking ball in this industry, and I would not fancy being The Rock standing on the other side of the ring from him tonight, lemme tell you that!
The Rock arrives out into the arena, as the crowd erupts for The Great One! He arrives out in his signature Wrestling gear and climbs the turnbuckle, doing his signature pose there as the camera flash all around the arena. He climbs down the rope and stares down Samoa Joe.

Tenay: And here he is, The Brahma Bull, The Great One and the man who finally got his hands on the demented Dean Ambrose at the great American Bash this past Sunday! After weeks of talk back and forth, those two finally got it on in the middle of the ring, and The rock got him some!
Bischoff: The Rock just caught Dean off guard. I assure you right now, if we got those two in a ring right now, fair fight, Ambrose would pummell The Rock into the ground, if ya smell what the Bisch is cooking! Haha!
Tenay: You're an idiot, you realise that?
Bischoff: Yet I still draw more than half the roster, don't I Mikey?!
Match 6: The Rock vs. Samoa Joe (Faarooq)
The Rock and Joe face off, and the bell sounds, the two men locking up. Joe is the stronger of the two, and throws Rock to the ground. Rock looks surprised as he gets up, going for the big right hand. Joe blocks it and takes The Great One down with another right. He picks him up and begins to punch him repeatedly.
2:32-6:35
The Rock rolls Joe up, but he powers out at two. the Brahma Bull picks up Joe, and begins hitting him with chops in the corner, to loud WOO!'s from the crowd. Joe pushes him away and Rock stumbles backwards, as Joe explodes out of the corner with a huge clothesline! He taunts the crowd as he stands on Rocky, taking the air out of his lungs. The ref counts to 4 and Samoa Joe lets go and falls into the cover, which Rocky barely kicks out of.
Tenay: Things not looking good here for The Bramha Bull, as Joe has been pretty much on top in this match!
Bischoff: I told ya, buddy! My main man is gonna topple The Great One!
Joe pulls Rocky up and leans him against the rope, punches raining down on the People' Champ's chest. Joe follows it up by clotheslining him out of the ring. Rocky stumbles to his feet, as Joe, showing surprising agility, flies thorugh the ropes with a Suicide Dive. Both men are down as the crowd are willing on the Rock to get up. However it's Joe up first as he drags Rocky back into the ring at the count of seven. He pulls one of the Rocks elbow pads off and throws it to the crowd. He then does the theatrics and hits his 'Samoan Elbow!'
Bischoff: HAHA! I love it, beating Rocky with his own move, you can count to 100, Rocky is OUT!
Tenay: Don't count him out yet Eric, here's the cover....1!
2!
3! No, did he get him?! NO! Rock kicked out!
Bischoff: Dammit! Oh well, Joe will end it now, watch this move, will end Rocky right here!
Joe indeed signals for the end, as he picks up Rock onto his shoulders for the muscle buster. Somehow, Rock gets out and starts laying into Joe with rights and lefts. Samoa Joe retreats into the corner, where Rocky follows him and layeths the SmackDown! Joe is on the ground. Rock picks him up and goes to throw him off the ropes. Joe reverses and goes for a big boot on the follow up. However, The Great One ducks and hits a huge ROCK BOTTOM!
Tenay: Rock hit it, he got the Rock Bottom. And now he is gonna show Joe how to do it. *Rock pulls off the elbow pad*. It is The Most Electrifying Move In Sports Entertainment Today ...The People's Elbow!
Bischoff: Why don't you leave that to Jerry Lawler, Mike, and you stick to calling the damn match down the middle!
Tenay: That's rich coming from you, Eric! Here's the cover from the Rock, can he score a big win here tonight!?
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
Tenay: What a win for the Rock, picking up the victory courtesy of an emphatic People's Elbow.
We are shown highlights of the match as the commentators talk over the key points.
Bischoff: The better man lost here today, rest assured of that, my friends. Samoa Joe dominated here tonight, and Rock was lucky to come away with the victory.
Tenay: Nevertheless, he did enough, and that's why he is a multiple World Champion, he ususally pulls the goods outta the bag when it matters. But, I gotta give Joe his due, he performed brilliantly out there and came up JUST short here on Nitro.
The camera pans back to The Great One, where he celebrates in the ring, as the fans cheer loudly for him, as Joe retreats back up the ramp, holding his head
