Tenay: Hello everybody, and welcome to Thursday Night Nitro. If you tuned in to the supplemental draft show, you would know that I am play by play commentator, Mike Tenay, and I'm joined by Eric Bischoff

Bischoff: Thanks Mike. On Raw I made my long awaited return to professional wrestling, and tonight, I return to my roots as a commentator. And tonight Mike, well, we have no idea what is happening!

Tenay: You should know, seeing as you were Shane's right hand man on Raw

Bischoff: The boss is very independent. He's planned this show all by himself. He did say however, Nitro will start of with a bang!





*Shane McMahon's music hits, as the crowd gives him a mixed reaction, more jeers are audible than cheers. He struts his way to ringside, before climbing into the ring*

Tenay: Well, the boss is coming out here for a reason, so maybe we will get an announcement now.

Bischoff: He's wearing a suit today. No jersey. Tonight is all about business.

Tenay: What do you think the announcement will be Eric?

Bischoff: That you're an idiot! If I knew what the announcement would be, don't you think I would've told everyone?

Tenay: Probably, you do love being the centre of attention.

Shane McMahon: I now own WCW! *mixed crowd reaction*. Well, maybe I don't “own” WCW, but I'm still the boss here dammit. I, Shane McMahon, am your general manager. On the Draft Episode of Raw, I said Thursday Night Nitro will start with a bang, and by god it will. Today, we will crown the first World Heavyweight Champion since the rebranding, of WWE. 8 participants battle, in a single elimination tournament, and the last man standing, will become World Heavyweight Champion. The brackets are:

R-Truth *cheer* versus Richochet *mixed reaction*

Brock Lesnar *loud heat* versus The Rock *loud cheers*

Stone Cold Steve Austin *poptastic* versus Shawn Michaels *similar level pop*

Mr. Anderson *pop* versus Edge! *huge pop*.

The winners of the first two matches I announced, will face each other, as will the winners of Stone Cold vs HBK, and Mr. Anderson and Edge. Good luck to all participants, because you're going to need it. Let's start off with... Ricochet vs R-Truth!

*The crowd pops as Shane heads up the ramp.*

Tenay: What an announcement! A tournament to crown the first world heavyweight champion!

Bischoff: I knew he was going to announce that.

Tenay: What? You said you had no idea!

Bischoff: I lied. Of course I knew R-Truth would face Stone Cold-

Tenay: Ricochet.

Bischoff: -in the opening match of the tournament.





Bischoff: Here comes... what's his name?

Tenay: Ricochet?

Bischoff: Of course, how could I forget?

Tenay: Well, Ricochet puts on entertaining matches, no doubt about that, but can he get the job done?

Bischoff: I couldn't have put it better myself Mike. Some of the moves Ricochet does, Shawn Michaels couldn't. But I can't remember the last time he got a win.





Tenay: This man's got to be the favourite today. The factor of Lil' Jimmy at ringside could have a negative effect on Ricochet!

Bischoff: Lil' Jimmy? R-Truth's imaginary friend? Maybe he'll low blow Ricochet during the match

Tenay: I wouldn't bet my house against it.

Bischoff: I guess this is Nitro, and anything can happen, so I guess I wouldn't either. I'll bet Garrett's house on it though

Match 1: R-Truth vs Ricochet (Mysterio) in a World Heavyweight Championship Tournament Quarter Final Match

Tenay: Ricochet with a springboard crossbody!

Bischoff: He's in control now

*Both men get to their feet, as Ricochet runs at Truth, and lands a running frankensteiner, which sends Truth seated into the corner. Ricochet stomps on the mat, before landing a facewash on Truth. Ricochet gets Truth to his feet, and rests him against the turnbuckle, He hits a knife edge chop, before walking to the opposite turnbuckle. He runs at Truth, and nails a tiger wall flip, before rebounding against the ropes and lands a running step up enzurigi. Truth flips onto his back, and faces the turnbuckle he was just resting up against. Ricochet climbs to the top of said turnbuckle, as Truth sits up, and Ricochet nails a grounded cross body! He hooks the far leg

Kickout.

Ricochet gets to his feet, and goes to the apron. Truth lays flat on the mat, as Ricochet floats up so he's vertical – as if he's doing a handstand on the top rope, before dropping down, attempting a springboard elbow drop, but Truth gets his knees up. Truth rolls to the opposite side of the ring, as Ricochet nurses his injured arm. Both men get to their feet, as Ricochet runs at Truth, but Truth lands a calf kick. Ricochet lies down on the mat, as Truth goes to the corner, and begins talking to “Lil' Jimmy”*

Bischoff: What's he doing? Truth has the match in the palm of his hand, yet he's talking to his imaginary friend?

Tenay: Truth's a strange man Eric. Will Lil' Jimmy cost him the match?

*Truth spots Ricochet getting to his feet, so he rebounds against the ropes, and lands the corkscrew axe kick! Ricochet drops down to one knee, as Truth stares at the crowd. He pulls Ricochet up, and hits the Lil' Jimmy! Truth hooks the leg

Bischoff: R-Truth with the first ever win on Thursday Night Nitro!

Tenay: He can thank Lil' Jimmy's team talk for that!

Bischoff: Don't be stupid Mike. Lil' Jimmy is not real! How can nobody else see that? Truth is insane

Tenay: I think you're the insane one Eric.

Bischoff: Don't be ridiculous Mike!

Tenay: Speaking of ridiculous, we now cut backstage, to what I hear is Dolph Zigglers locker room

*The camera cuts backstage where Dolph Ziggler can be seen talking too Vickie Guerrero in there locker room*

DZ: Well?!

VG: What Dolph?

DZ: Did you find me a partner?

VG: I did Dolph! I did, not just any partner either.. I found the best, Dolph allow me too introduce too you.. The all American, American... Jack Swagger!

*Vickie points to the door and insteps the athletic Jack Swagger, with a smile across his face*

DZ: Jack Swagger huh? Well I'm Dolph Ziggler..

*Dolph extends his hand out as Vickie looks on. Jack Swagger walks over to Ziggler, with an emotionless face, as Dolph looks towards Vickie. Dolph looks back at Swagger who smiles and shakes Dolph's hands.*

Jack Swagger: Dolph I heard you needed a partner, and I just so happened to run into Vickie, and when she asked, I couldn't say no. I mean you have been on a losing streak, and me, I need to get back on TV and into the main event picture, but now, with me its all about to change. The All American American is a main event superstar in the WWE, and after we are done tagging so will the Show Off. We both deserve it, you and I both know it. And the only way to get back there is to combine our forces, so what do you say? You ready to make an impact and not only become main event superstars, but the best tag team in the history of the WWE?

*Swagger waits as Dolph mulls it over. Dolph looks back towards Vickie before again speaking*

DZ: Firstly, that losing streak.. it was just bad luck.. right Vickie?!

VG: Right Dolph!

DZ: I have been carrying too much pressure on my shoulders.. You know, it ain't easy going out there and being the best each and every week but that's what I have been doing.. You can't fight bad luck though, so I needed a change of direction.. that's why I got Vickie too find me a partner.

It seems that we can both help each other out so I'm cool with you being my partner and your right.. we do deserve it, and that's why we are going too win the Tag Team titles to prove it!

Jack Swagger: Look Dolph we all have losing streaks, I've had one myself, but with me as your tag partner we can end all that losing. We both know we are better than the tag team division, and lets face it when we get to where we belong the pressure is only going to be greater. But we are the best athletes in this business, we are main event superstars and as partners we will be tag team champions, and we will cement ourselves as the greatest tag team in history. But we are also doing this to show we don't belong in this crappy tag division, but instead the main event, and when we go our separate ways, and become the greatest superstars in WWE history, this right here is where we will look too and say it all started. So lets stop this talking and go out and prove we are the best.

DZ: You're right.. it all starts tonight! I don't care if your Beer Money, the Worlds most delusional team or Edge and his little pet Tyson Kidd.. Right here is the start for us two, tonight is the start for Zig-Swag on the path too being crowned Tag Team Champions!

*Vickie claps as both men seem too be on the same page*

DZ: Come on partner! let's go.

*Both Dolph and Ziggler leave the room with Vickie trailing behind them as the camera heads back too ringside.*

Tenay: ZigSwag? A tag team? Well, that's interesting to say the least

[Destruction]

*The camera turn to the ramp, when out of the blue, the lights dim and a lone spotlight aluminates he top of the ramp. To accompany the odd turn of events, a booming voice, not recognized by anyone listening, resounds in the now somewhat energized arena as they look onto the ramp in anticipation for what events transpire next.*

::???::

“Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, you are about to bear witness to the most profitable, the most charismatic and the most stand out entities in the WWE and most importantly…they’re just too damn irresistible. They’ll have you shakin’ like Parkinson’s and moving to get it in. At this time, out your hands together for the tag team of the century whose net worth is astronomical. In fact, it exceeds millions and millions of dollars…”

*Soon afterwards, green paper starts falling out the ceiling and collects inside the spotlight’s beam. More paper flutters down until a sudden shower of it pours down and clutters almost the entire top ramp in heaps.*



*When the familiar theme song of The Prime Time Players blares from the PA speakers, most of crowd starts some booing along with a “Kobe Bryant” chant. AW is the first to come out as he hoots and hollers, into his headset microphone, in an annoying and obnoxious manner. Darren Young and Titus O’ Neil soon follow him. AW continues to get on the crowd’s nerves as he picks up larges handfuls of the green paper and throws it up in the air.*

::AW::

“Millions, baby! Mill-i-oooooons!!!!”

*He then flops down in a pile of the fake money and starts to make snow angels, laughing and whooping the entire time. O’ Neil drapes his arm around Young’s shoulder and both of them rock side to side to the beat of their music while grinning from ear to ear. AW emerges from the mound of green to tap both men on the shoulders and point towards the ring. With AW taking the lead, The Primetime Players walk down the ramp with swagger and brazen bravado. As the trio approach closer and closer to the ring, O’ Neil and Young run ahead of AW to slide into the ring simultaneously. Getting to their feet, they open up the ropes for AW and he enters the ring with a long, drawn out, cocky gesture that involves flashing his pearly whites to the camera and winking. The booing has yet to cease even with the PTP’s music dying down. None of them seem to take any notice as AW just chuckles heartily before getting a word in.*



::AW::

“Hahahahahaha! Awwwwww that’s rrrrrrrrrright! Guess who’s back?! It’s none other than, yours truly, AW and the greatest tag team in the history of our sport and no, I don’t mean The Outsiders. The only ring that Scott Hall’s in to nowadays is a drug ring! And Nash? Please. The only people who call him Big Sexy nowadays are the old and forgotten that fill up the convalescent homes where he tears his quads bending over to pull up his overalls!”

*Young and O’Neil start sniggering in the corner, holding onto the ropes to keep themselves from rolling on the mat and laughing. O’Neil is the first to break out of his laughing fit as he motions for one of the cameraman, at ringside, to give him a microphone while AW continues to talk.*

::AW::

“And I sure as hell don’t mean the Brothers of Destruction. Taker’s mohawk is the only thing intimidating about that guy and the best thing Kane ever did was tombstone Linda McMahon!”

*AW’s eyes go wide and he covers his mouth with both palms, looking absolutely horrified. He frantically looks around at the booing fans and suddenly breaks out in laughter.*

::AW::

“GOT YA!!! Hahahahahahahaha!!!”

*O’Neil and Young once again join in the laughter before AW composes himself.*

::AW::

"You see, saying that sort of stuff on TV would get the man the axe, ya feel me? And I was a victim of thos politics and it cost me my job and nearly sent these boys out of work because thanks to that B.S., no one would take them seriously. But see, Shane O’ Mac knew money when he saw it. He knew that I did nothing deserving termination and he knew that The Prime Time Players and AW were going to be Nitro’s primetime drawers! Now that whole thing about Linda McMahon, I don’t mean it of course. I’m not a brute. I just wanted to prove a point; that point being that we have nothing to fear anymore. We don’t have to hold back. Here, on Nitro, we can do whatever we want and say whatever we want. And these fine gentlemen behind me are going to tell you exactly what that means! Give it up for Titus O’Neil and “Mr. No Days Off” Darren Young and his magnificent fro!

*Titus O’Neil, now with a microphone in hand steps to the front alongside his partner in crime. He fiddles with the mic for a minute before raising it to his lips.*

::Titus O’ Neil::

“Ya’ll heard the news? At Backlash, me and “Mr. No Days Off “over here get our time to shine and make millions of dollars because we’re in the Tag Team Turmoil match that features every single tag team right now including us! And you know what that means? We’ll be having the tag team bling to compliment our talent!”

*Darren Young asks O’Neil for the microphone and when he gets it, he takes out a comb and hands it off to Titus who starts combing his hair as he’s talking.*

::Darren Young::

“See, we just don’t have the talent, we have the looks that would eat Hugh Hefner out of house and home! Now don’t be jealous, be appreciative that we’ve been blessed to be the best and that means, while we’re taking out tag teams left and right, you’ll be entertained. You’ll want to be invested in the division that’s been so lacking lately. You’ll want to follow our Twitter pages just to see how we’re doing. You’ll be proud to have witnessed us grace the ring like only those who are worth millions of dollars could ever do. You’ll be ecstatic when you hear our music play. Don’t pretend like you don’t sway to our music because we know you do.

In short, you’ll be looking for every excuse in the book to drop out of your obligations that get in the way of being able to watch us in the ring each and every Nitro. Heck, you’ll be so impressed, that the Board of Directors will be asking us to wrestle for RAW, too!”

*AW steps forward and slings an arm around both men’s necks.*

::AW::

“That’s what I’m talking about! You heard it here first! So Benjamin and Haas, you spot monkeys better get ready for these two running wild on you and I don’t need a corny bandana and a porn stache to say that! Beer Money, don’t start binge drinking after you lose because there’s nothing to be ashamed of. You didn’t have a chance from the start. And you call yourselves Beer Money. You might have a little bit of dinero, but you most certainly don’t have…MILLIONS OF DOLLLAAAAAAAAAS!”

*All three men do a group chest bump as their music plays again. Darren Young stashes his comb away while he follows the other two men back up the ramp. Darren Young and Titus O’Neil jump into the pile of green paper and start swimming in it while AW claps and laughs with joy. The last image of the Primetime Players, before cutting to the next scene, is of Titus throwing the paper up in the air and cackling as he "makes it rain."*

Bischoff: You know what, I love these 3. I think they will be the "unstoppable" ones

Tenay: Oh shut up Eric. You're not funny and nobody likes you!

Bischoff: Well that's just mean!

[Destruction]

Tenay: What a show this has been so far Eric!

Bischoff: Well, this is Nitro after all! And I did have most of the input backstage, although I wanted Hulk Hogan as a commentary partner.

Tenay: Well thanks for that Eric, up next, we’ve got our second quarter final!

Bischoff: That’s right Mike!

Tenay: And it probably doesn’t get any bigger than this. Up next, it’s Stone Cold Steve Austin against Shawn Michaels! Two legends in this business!

Bischoff: Well I think you’re building it up a bit too much. I’d rather see Brock Lesnar any day than both of these two.

Tenay: Well that’s your opinion Eric, but all of these fans are very much looking forward to this match. As am I.







Bischoff: Well this guy is just plain rude.

Tenay: Stone Cold Steve Austin made the Attitude Era into what it was.

Bischoff: Well this isn’t the Attitude Era.







Tenay: Here comes the Showstopper!

Bischoff: Now this guy is a talent, but again, I don’t think he’s as good as Brock Lesnar.

Tenay: Do you think anybody is as good as Brock Lesnar?

Bischoff: Paul Heyman.

Tenay: So nobody.


Match 2: Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Shawn Michaels in a World Heavyweight Championship Quarter Final



Bischoff: And there goes Michaels! Is this still going on? When do we get to see Brock Lesnar?!

Tenay: What a match this has been, and maybe in the next match.


*Austin taunts for the fans as Michaels finally reaches his feet at ringside, with the help of the steel steps. He rolls into the ring as Austin quickly begins to attack before Michaels can get up to his feet by the ropes. He begins to stomp on Michaels, hitting stomp after stomp after stomp after stomp before stopping, calling Michaels a son of a bitch before hitting one big stomp. He drags Michaels to the centre of the ring and goes for the cover.

One!

Two!

Michaels powers out of the pin as Austin gets back to his feet and picks Michaels up by the hair. Michaels tries to power out and hits a big right hand, he follows up with an elbow before going for a clothesline but Austin ducks under and hits a huge right hand as Michaels turns around, dropping Michaels to the ground.

Austin picks Michaels up whips him into the ropes. He turns around and looks set to jump and catch Michaels with a Thesz Press but Michaels jumps himself and hits a huge flying forearm. Both men are down but immediately begin to move, as Michaels flips himself up and backs to the corner. He begins to stomp on the floor as Austin begins to drag himself up with the ropes.

Michaels continues to stomp the floor as the fans clap along with him, knowing Sweet Chin Music is just moments away. Michaels goes to run but...*





*Michaels stops dead in his tracks and stares at the ramp as Austin turns around. The Rock is nowhere to be seen and Austin takes full advantage, kicking Michaels in the gut and hitting a huge Stunner! Austin drags Michaels back to the centre of the ring and covers him.

One!

Two!

Three!*


Tenay: Austin wins it! He’s heading to the semi finals!

Bischoff: He’s gonna face either Edge or the Intercontinental Champion Mr. Anderson!

[Destruction]

*Tyson Kidd sees Edge walking ready for his match, Kidd goes up to him*

Tyson Kidd: Hey Edge! So you've got a match against Mr. Anderson tonight huh? And the match is one of the tournament matches for the World Heavyweight Championship! Good luck brother, hope you defeat him!

*Edge stops dead in his tracks with a smile on his face. He looks down at Kidd’s briefcase.*

Edge: Thanks Tyson! Yeah, Anderson first then as you just saw, Stone Cold awaits me in the semi final. Should I win that, I’ve got the final in the main event tonight. This is my time Tyson! I’m gonna become a twelve time world champion tonight!

And as for you, I wanna see you out there after the main event. If I win, I want you out there celebrating with me- if I lose, well I wanna be seeing you walking out tonight as the World Heavyweight Champion.

But let’s get something right, I’m not going to lose, tonight is my spot to prove that I am the best on Nitro, and sure I’m not happy Smackdown isn’t back because that was show, but tonight, I’m going to stamp my authority on Nitro.

I was part of this company fighting back against the guys from Nitro, but tonight, I’m going to be on top of Nitro to once again prove that I am worthy of being the World...Heavyweight...Champion.

*Edge goes to walk on but Kidd stops him.*

Tyson Kidd: Wait- Make sure you're on the top Edge! Mr. Anderson is a hungry competitor as well as Stone Cold Steve Austin. It will be hard matches, but knowing your ability. You can pull it off. I know you can. Like you said, you're an 11 time world champion. And you're on the brink of becoming a 12 time world champion.

Dude, if you do win the title tonight, I'm gonna celebrate with you, not cash it in. We're friends, we don't disrespect each other like that. I hope you win the World Heavyweight Champion brother, then I could cash it in the following PPV. I wanna cash it in fairly, and if I cash it in against you, fairly, and win, then that will indeed be the biggest achievement of my entire career as you my sir, are a main eventer.

Don't worry bro, you've already proved your time in Smackdown. You've got a legacy in Smackdown already. Now it is your time to make a legacy on Nitro, Smackdown was once your show. It's time for you to do the same with Nitro.

And again brother, good luck. I honestly hope you win the title, if I was to cash in this money in the bank briefcase against any superstar on the roster, to prove that I am the best. It will have to be against the 11 time world champion, the hall of famer, the Rated..R..Superstar...Edge.

*Edge smiles and nods. He walks away, going off to get ready for his next match, as the camera cuts to the interview area, where we see a confident Tyler Reks getting ready to be interviewed*

Scott Stanford: I'd like to introduce my guest at this time, Tyler Reks.

Tyler Reks: Thank you, Scott.

Stanford: Now I must ask, what are your goals here in Nitro and what do you hope to accomplish in the WWE in general?

Reks: Perfect question. See what I want to do here is to live to standard of performance that I know that I am capable of. My size, my build, my look and my overall way of demolishing the competition make me a top Superstar to keep an eye out for but that was the problem. I kept waiting for the people, for the WWE to see my potential but they did not. Time went by and I figured this would be the end of my WWE career but now I found the power within me to make something out of myself.

Not just for the WWE, not just for my fans, not just for my family and friends but for myself. I'm tired of being considered an afterthought or as the guy that could've been because he wasn't given the chance. I am "The Wrecking Ball", a devastating force that will plow through the competition and through the manner of thinking that those of us who have been overlooked should remain overlooked. I am ready to make my own path to glory and Nitro seems to be the place to do it in.

This is a new Tyler Reks. One which the world has never seen and will forever remember for making sure his name becomes one of legend. To those of you who get in my way....prepare to get Wrecked!!!

*Reks walks away as Stanford thanks him for his time*

[Destruction]

Tenay: Well it’s time for the bit Eric’s been waiting for all night.

Bischoff: Lesnar time?

Tenay: Yes.

Bischoff: YES!

Tenay: It’s the third quarter final, as Lesnar faces The Rock up next!

Bischoff: Lesnar’s beaten Rock before, he can do it again.







Bischoff: HERE COMES THE PAIN!

Tenay: Lesnar is looking ready. Tonight will be the making or breaking of Brock Lesnar.

Bischoff: And he’s going to make it by breaking people!







Tenay: And here comes the Great One! This is going to be a tough test for Brock Lesnar!

Bischoff: What are you talking about? Brock will win this easily!

Tenay: I don’t know Eric, this is going to be a great match!

Match 3: Brock Lesnar vs. The Rock in a World Heavyweight Championship Quarter Final

(stop at 11:23)


Bischoff: The Rock cheated! The Rock cheated!

Tenay: The ref never saw it Eric! The match continues!


*Brock reaches his feet and turns around as The Rock goes for a Rock Bottom, but Brock elbows Rock in the head, sending Rock to the ropes. He runs at Rocky but Rocky ducks and sends Brock over the top rope to the apron. Rock turns around but Brock hits a shoulder to Rock’s gut. He grabs Rock and goes for a vertical suplex to the outside, but Rock stops him. Rock lifts Brock up and hits his own vertical suplex into the middle of the ring. He scurries across and gets the pin.

One!

Two!

Brock powers out and immediately tries for the Kimura Lock but Rocky is quick, rolling away to the ropes. Brock jumps up and runs at Rock, who explodes with a big clothesline. Brock reaches his feet but he’s groggy. He turns around and Rock goes for a spinebuster, and hits it!

Rock is feeling it now and goes to the top of Lesnar's head, kicking his shoulder and pulling his armband off. He throws it into the crowd, and does his famous taunt, running to the ropes, jumping over Lesnar and bouncing off the other ropes. He reaches the middle of the ring once more and goes to complete the People's Elbow but Brock moves at the last second and Rock hits the canvas!

Both men begin to get up and Rock goes on the attack once more but Brock ducks under a right hand and lifts Rock onto his shoulders, ready for the F-5, but Rock manages to struggle his way down again! He pushes Brock in the back, sending Brock into the referee, sending the ref out of the ring!

Brock turns around and Rock catches him in the Rock Bottom, which he lands perfectly! He immediately goes for the cover, but there's no ref. The crowd counts up to seven before Rock gets off Brock and climbs out of the ring. He rolls the ref into the ring and follows him in, but there's another man in the ring!

Some fans are cheering, some booing as Shawn Michaels awaits The Rock. He lays Rock out with some Sweet Chin Music before climbing out of the ring once again and walking away with Rock, Brock & the ref all laid out in the ring, only Brock & the ref are moving again. Brock crawls across to Rock and drapes an arm across his chest. The ref begins to count.

One!

Two!

Three!*


Bischoff: YES! I knew Brock would do it!

Bischoff: Regardless! Brock continues on and R-Truth will be his next victim!

*The fans explode in the arena by the sound of King of the Mountain's theme. Double J walks out from the back, with his guitar, as he makes his way down the ramp and into the ring. Double J picks up a mic. His theme stops and you can hear all the fans in the arena chanting wildly his name "Double J"..."Double J"..."Double J"...*

Tenay: What? Jeff Jarrett back on Nitro?

Bischoff: Ah, my old immortal buddy. Long time no see


JJ: Jeff Jarrett is on fucking NITRO!!!


*The fans go nuts from that statement*


JJ: Jeff Jarrett is live on Nitro.The chosen one is back, the King of the Mountain is back, Double J is back!

JJ: Nitro was and always will be the best wrestling show on TV. You see Vince and Shane I'm here for one and only reason. I'm here because Nitro is Double J's show and not yours. And what that means, it means that i do what i want when i want. I'm the boss now.

JJ: You see when i was on RAW Vince, years back, you had a vision for me. Yeah you wanted from me to be a hillbilly cowboy, with country music stuff and golden tooth. Well your Jeff Jarrett vision sucked.


*The crowd pops that loud*


JJ: You tried to destroy me, you tried to make me look like a clown. But you know one thing i survived from you Vince. And if you thought for one second that I will be that Hillbilly loser again then you are the biggest idiot in the world. You see i came back because I don't want to kill Nitro again I am here to save Nitro from you and your stupid family.

And how ironically is this you signed me another contract a multi-million contract to return back again. And you know why Vince, ha? Because you need me here, you need Jarrett. You need me because you need ratings you need this people.You need wrestling fans.

And Jeff Jarrett never forgot wrestling fans. Jeff Jarrett never forgot that all of these people in the arena are liars and backstabbing jerks.


*The crowd boos Jarrett loudly*


JJ: Yeah that right you are backstabbing jerks because when Vince shut down Nitro you all turn your backs on us. You didn't care about the wrestlers losing their jobs and you didn't care about Nitro. But most of all you didn't care about me. And here you are back again in Nitro like nothing ever happened before, chanting my name, calling me a legend and saying RAW sucks. So i'm saying screw you Vince, screw you Shane and screw you people.

JJ: I'm here because Nitro is my show and i am here to become champion. So I don't care if you bring the world title back or it will just be the WWE title, i will be World Champion soon.

*Double J drops the mic, heads to the corner and climbs to the top rope taunting the crowd, before heading up the ramp*

Bischoff: Get in there Mike! The King of the Mountain, has returned to where he excelled, Nitro!

Tenay: A tremendous talent no doubt, and his attitude against Raw can't do him any harm

Bischoff: That's right Mike! He will do great here on Thursday Nights, you have my word.

Tenay: I have your word?

Bischoff: Yes,

Tenay: Well, that's all well and good, but your word doesn't mean a lot Eric. You gave your word you were against the nWo, and we all know how that turned out.







Tenay: Well, I guess the show must go on, and now we have our final quarter final for tonight. Mr. Anderson, the Intercontinental Champion, faces Edge.

Bischoff: We now know, that the winner of the match faces “Stone Cold” Steve Austin tonight, a match, that should be entertaining.

Tenay: You would think Edge with his experience would triumph over Anderson, but he's now the Intercontinental Champion, and on a roll as of late.

Bischoff: I can't see clear winner Mike.

Tenay: Eric, do you mean know clear winner, or no people you want to win?

Bischoff: Meh, potato potarto.







Tenay: The crowd erupting here for Edge, and based on this crowd reaction, the fans choice to win.

Bischoff: We saw earlier Edge and his “protege” Mr. Money in the Bank, Tyson Kidd talking earlier, and Edge himself stated that he wants Kidd to be World Heavyweight Champion at the end of the night, if Edge is not. Do you see that happening Tenay.

Tenay: Edge knows Kidd is the future. Off nights happen, and if Edge suffers one tonight, he will be just as happy, seeing Kidd with the win

Bischoff: Well first, he has to get past the Intercontinental Champion, no easy task.

Tenay: Anderson's on the top rope, Edge on his shoulders, will it be a Green Bay Plunge?

Bischoff: Anderson has proven he can hang with the top guns, but can he win this?


*Anderson goes for the Green Bay Plunge, but Edge counters with elbows to the head of Anderson. Anderson has to resist, as Edge falls behind Anderson. He grabs the neck, and drops to the mat, and lands a top rope Edge-O-Matic! The crowd pop loudly, as Anderson rolls to the outside. Edge is slow to get to his feet. Anderson re-cooperates on the outside, as Edge goes for a baseball slide, but Anderson grabs the legs. He pulls Edge to the ground, and clotheslines him down.

Edge holds the back of his neck, as Anderson grins at the crowd to a mixed reaction – more cheers than boos. Edge uses the steel steps to help him get to his knees, as Anderson pulls him up. Anderson positions him for a mic check, but Edge delivers a knee to the midsection, before lifting Anderson up to a flapjack on the steel steps.

The crowd pop, as the referee reaches a count of 6. Edge rolls Anderson into the ring, before following, and goes to the corner. He runs his hand through his hair, and slams his hand on the turnbuckle a couple of times in a crouched position. Anderson eventually gets to his feet, as Edge charges at him, but Anderson lands a clothesline! Edge is straight back to his feet, as Anderson runs at him, and takes him down with another clothesline. Edge is back to his feet, and tries to run at Anderson, but he traps the arm and lands a neckbraker!

Anderson looks up to the roof of the building, before stalking Edge, waiting him to get to his feet. Anderson smirks at the groggy Edge, who manages to get to his feet with the help of the ropes. Anderson tries once more for the Mic Check, and places his arm on Edge's shoulder – but Edge counters with the Downward Spiral!*


Tenay: What? Edge hits throws a blast from the past, and lands his former finishing move on Anderson!

Bischoff: That's surprising to say the least, but it says a lot about Mr. Anderson. Edge needs to pull out all the stops to defeat him.


*Edge goes to the corner once more, and prepares for the spear. Anderson doesn't want to get up, as if he knows his fate, but eventually he does, and gets taken down by the spear! Edge hooks the far leg.

Edge jumps to his feet in victory, as the referee raises his hand. He grabs Anderson's arm, and pulls him to the feet, and raises his arm to the crowds pop. The camera cuts backstage to show Stone Cold looking at the TV, with a beer in his arm, no reaction on his face.*


Bischoff: There we have it. Edge, Stone Cold, Brock Lesnar and R-Truth. One of these men will leave tonight, the World Heavyweight Champion!

Tenay: The thing I'm really impressed by, is Mr. Anderson. In the past, people has doubted his potential as a main eventer, and now I say his chance of being one, is higher than ever.

Bischoff: Of course, until he fully turns on these fans, he will never be champion, but once he does, anything is possible.

Tenay: You don't need to turn on the fans to be champion. Ultimate Warrior and John Cena are examples. It's a placebo.

Bischoff: I wouldn't say that Mike. Hulk Hogan in the nWo, Triple H in Evolution. Great champions, has to not have the fan burden on their back.

Tenay: We can go on all night, but Shane has told me in my ear, that we have to move on with the show. I hear next we have more debutants. Jeff Jarrett, Tyler Reks and the Prime Time Players have all made their WWE redebuts tonight, on Nitro, and now we have what we believe the final one tonight

JTG: Holy shit! Cryme Tyme are in the buildiiiiiiiiiiiing!

Shad: That's right bitch! Before the new era, management tried to split us up you get me?! But nah, instead we left cause we weren't getting treated right! Now that we back together, they can't do nothing to us! Ya'll get me?!

*Crowd roar as they get a huge pop*

JTG: You see, that is the reason why we should've been, but now will be, the tag team champions! The crowd's reaction is louder than a frickin trumpet! And that's a good thang! Mississippi are in the frickin house! And they are in the frickin mood baby!

Shad: That's right G! But they don't know something! So let's go out and say it! Management have introduced tag titles, as of Backlash, and we gonna be it! And then ya'll will see JTG or Shad pinning whatever pathetic wrestler, and we gon win the damn thing baby!

*Crowd pop*

JTG: Shad, what do you think we wanna accomplish on Nitro brudda?!

Shad: Well like I said! We're gonna get us some tag team titles! Cause we gonna win this thing! We gonna win the tag team titles, and it will be with us since the day that we retire baby!

JTG: Damn right nigga!

*Crowd pop*

Shad: In a couple of weeks, we gonna be making our in ring debut! How about that?! Ya'll gonna be seeing Cryme Tyme in action in Nitro baby! We gonna rock this buliding! We gonna tear this roof apart baby!

JTG: Damn right dawg! We gonna show that we are the best tag team that ever existed! That's right, we gonna try and be better than the Road Warriors, Team 3D, Rock n Sock Connection! We gonna win multiple tag titles baby!

*Crowd pop*

Shad: But there is one thing we gonna do once we win our debut match! One thing!

JTG: Once we do win, we gonna have some ladies next to us. Partying all night. But there is one thing we need, just after we win our damn debut match!

Shad: I'm sure ya'll know what I'm talking about!

*Crowd pop as they know what is coming*

*Cryme Tyme head out of the ring and clap to the back as we cut to Tenay & Bischoff once again.*

Tenay: What a big surprise! Cryme Tyme are back!

Bischoff: Well up next, it’s our first semi final. R-Truth meets Brock Lesnar!




*R-Truth skips merrily down the ramp along with his “friend”, Lil’ Jimmy in rhythm to the beat of his music. Riding on a wave of momentum after defeating Ricochet, R-Truth is all grins as he is showered by affection from the crowd in the form of cheers and clapping. Before R-Truth gets in the ring, he sits on the middle ropes and pushes the top rope higher to allow “Lil’ Jimmy” to get in. R-Truth motions for a microphone from one of the crew members at ringside who slides it under the ring. He throws it up in the air and catches it in midair with his arm fully extended upwards before he raises it down. He looks down at the ground and suddenly, he appears distraught and concerned.*

::R-Truth::

“Now what’s the matter, Lil’ Jimmy?”

*He looks down the ground some more before he responds to Lil' Jimmy.*

::R-Truth::

Look, I know you wanted to eat some catfish with tartar sauce. I mean, after all, we are in Mississippi.”

*The cheap pop gets some decent cheering from the audience.*

::R-Truth::

“But we ain’t got time for that now. We got a mission to do right now and it’s winning this tournament so we can win the World Heavyweight Championship. Then, we can eat all the catfish and spider stew we want until we get bellyaches! But it ain’t gonna be easy though. In fact, it’s probably the most difficult challenge I’m ever gonna face plus, uh…Lil’ Jimmy. I didn’t wanna tell you this right now but…uh, you know that last banana popsicle that you were saving in the refrigerator? The thing is…well, I kinda ate it. Sorry.”

*R-Truth suddenly becomes startled as he looks at the ground with wide eyes and backs away into the corner, keeping an arm out in front of him to separate him from whatever’s gotten him freaked out.*

::R-Truth::

“Lil’ Jimmy! What’s the matter with you, man?! What have I always told you about swearing?! Do you realize what you’ve done?! In Mississippi, you can get fined 100 dollars every time you swear in public so since you swore eleven times, now it’s gonna cost us about…

*R-Truth starts counting on his fingers with his free hand but after a few seconds of doing so, he looks like he’s given up.*

::R-Truth::

“Well, anyways, that’s gonna cost us the materials we needed to make our own rocket ship, since we can’t ask The Ultimate Warrior since he’s on RAW now. Now we ain’t gonna be able to go to Planet 51and show off your new alien friends in Show N’ Tell all because you wanted to be a big ol’ potty mouth over a dumb popcicle. I hope you’re happy with yourse…….

….what? You’re crying? What’re you crying for? Save the tears, Lil’ Jimmy because the only person that’ll be crying tonight is Brock Lesnar and that’s the truth. You see, I’ve perfected my spider serum that didn’t win me the Money In The Bank ladder match. See, instead of 1.21 gigawatts, I should have used 2.11 gigawatts. You saw how I beat Ricochet, right? Well, that ain’t gonna be nothing compared to what happens to Brock Lesnar once he comes out here to face me. My new and improved spider powers make me faster than a speeding brisket, more powerful than a loco motif and able to leap tall turnbuckles in a single bound. Watch!”

*R-Truth puts the microphone down and gets out of his corner. Then, he backs up, makes a running charge at the corner and jumps up. His feet land on the turnbuckle but he quickly slides off of it when he loses his footing. After lying on the ground motionless for a few seconds, R-Truth kips up and picks up the microphone.*

::R-Truth::

“See, just like I said. Now, I told you that I could leap it but I didn’t say I could stay on. The serum still has a few…bugs! Get it? Get it? Bugs? Spiders?”

*R-Truth looks down at the ground again, becomes slightly irritated and rolls his eyes.*

::R-Truth::

“Yes, I know that spiders are arachnids, Lil’ Jimmy. Sue me. Oh wait, technically we are since you had to go and swear on live television and cost us our rocket! And don’t even think about crying again ‘cause like I said, Brock Lesnar’s gonna be the one in tears after tonight. Then, I get to face either Edge or Cold Stone Steve Austin. Now, I know about Edge. And boy oh boy, he’s one hell of a fight…darn it! Now I swore! Guess that’s another hundred down the toilet. Oh and speaking of the toilet, anyone who’s sitting in Row 17, there’s a bathroom behind you and I wouldn’t go in there if I were you because the last burrito bowl I had at Chipolte’s didn’t sit right.
Anyways, he’s one he…heck of a fighter and even with my spider serum, it’s gonna be tough taking that guy down but I know that as long as I have you by my side Lil’ Jimmy and all of the Momma and Papa Jimmy’s with their Lil’ Jimmy’s and Lil’ Jenny’s cheering me on, Edge is gonna get got!”

*R-Truth receives a loud pop which he takes in modest acceptance by bowing.*

::R-Truth::

“But that other fella, Cold Stone Steve Austin is gonna be a doozy. First of all, why does a guy who drinks beer, curses like a sailor and whoops more butt than a football player named after an ice cream store. I like Cold Stone as much as the next guy but that’s kinda silly. Second, what’s with the way he talks? He sounds just like people do when they wake up from a nap with all the jaw slacking slurring he does. Lil’ Jimmy and I think it’ kind of funny but I’ll tell you what’s not funny. Number one, knock knock jokes, number two, Jeff Dunham and number three, the butt whooping I’mma have to give him if I have to face him in order to become the World Heavyweight Champion and that’s the Dixie line cause that’s the truth, the whole truth and nothing but…THE TRUTH!”

*R-Truth places the microphone down and removes his T-Shirt, finally ready to take on Brock Lesnar.*

*As R-Truth hops lightly on his feet, to psych himself up for the task ahead, he makes impatient hand motions, signaling for Brock Lesnar to come out when his music doesn’t play. More seconds pass and the tension continues to slowly grow along with the crowd’s impatience. Before a small riot can break out from the audience, “The Next Big Thing” finally plays on the PA system.*




*Brock Lesnar emerges from the backstage area alongside Paul Heyman. With each step he takes towards the ring, he grits his teeth as he tries to bare the pain he received from his parking lot brawl with Stone Cold Steve Austin. His right quad, taped up with medical bandages, staggers and shakes every time Lesnar applies pressure on it on his agonizing walk down the ramp. R-Truth looks a little impatient and motion for Lesnar to hurry up. When Brock Lesnar gets to the ring, despite the pain in his leg, Brock Lesnar is able to jump on the edge of the ring while fireworks shoot up from the ring posts. Paul Heyman opens up the ring ropes for Lesnar who enters the ring at a ginger pace. Instead of waiting in the corner for the match to start, however, Brock Lesnar walks right up to R-Truth until their nose to nose. Not taking his eyes of off Truth, Lesnar drops down to pick up the microphone from the floor and grabs it. He backs up a few feet away from him until his back hits he ring ropes and he lazily drapes the arm not holding the mic over it.*

::Brock Lesnar::

“One thing after the other. One mishap after the last. One more time where God decides that screwing me over the last time wasn’t enough.”

*Brock Lesnar suddenly winces and grabs his quad. Some of the audience starts cheering at his expense and Lesnar has to hold in the urge to lash out at them.*

::Brock Lesnar::

“You think it’s funny, don’t you? Well guess what? I couldn’t find this any better. You see, this isn’t my first rodeo. Do you honestly believe , that in my illustrious career, that’s spanned over a decade, that I’m not used to injuries. In fact, it’s when I’m at my weakest that people underestimate me and I prove them wrong. Rewind nine years ago. Live, in front of 54,097 fans in the Safeco Field in Seattle, Washington. After winning the Royal Rumble, I was scheduled to face Kurt Angle, the WWE Champion and the Only Olympic Gold Medalist in Professional Wrestling history. Even before our match took place, I had banged up ribs by his posses of Olympic pussies but that’s beside the point. The point is, I came into that match as the underdog and I wasn’t even at 100%. But there was worse to come. After Angle dodged my Shooting Star Press, I suffered a concussion. After that incident occurred, I was still able to walk out of Wrestlemania on my own two feet on my own power. Not only was I able to do so, I was able to do as as the new WWE Champion. So this screwed up leg? Bitch, please. I’ve suffered worse than this and have been able to come out on top. You think people honestly think that this is going to be any different? And that was against Kurt friggin’ Angle. Besides Mitsuhara Misawa, I don’t think anyone’s been given five stars more than him. What’s this psycho former inmate got on him? In fact, what’s he got on me? His wrestling skills are as invisible as Little Jimmy.”

*R-Truth starts yelling at Brock Lesnar and pointing at him, insisting that Lil Jimmy isn’t made up. Brock Lesnar just taunts him by giving him the finger.*

::Brock Lesnar::

“Hey, hey! Easy there, Truth! Don’t use your imaginary gun! I pwomise I’ll be good!”

*A referee slides in the ring when he sees that things are heating up and creates distance between R-Truth and Brock Lesnar before R-Truth can charge him.*

::Brock Lesnar::

“Chill out, man. You wouldn’t want Little Jimmy getting hurt? Would you?”

*Before R-Truth can even retort, Brock Lesnar charges towards his left, bad leg and all, and kicks thin air. R-Truth starts freaking out and breaks away from the referee. Without even going to Lesnar, R-Truth slides out of the ring and starts having a panic attack as he stares at the ground with wide eyes and calls out for Little Jimmy to get up. Brock Lesnar just laughs and shakes his head in delight.*

::Brock Lesnar:

“Who’s laughing now, Truth? See that, folks? R-Truth can’t even keep his eyes on me. He’s fixated on some figment of his twisted imagination and I broke him with lifting a damn finger. I could come out to this ring in a full body cast and I’d still be able to beat him without breaking a sweat. R-Truth is chump without any screws lose. Now, he’s a wacky disgrace without purpose other than lining up the pockets of every shrink he meets. Beating him is going to be a friggin’ breeze. And I hear talk that he wants to build a rocketship but doesn’t have the money. That’s too bad for you because tonight, after I give a beating worse than your…friend over there, you’ll wish that you had a rocket ship because that’s the only way you’re going to escape the baddest man on the planet. But since that’s not possible, you can share a hospital room with Shawn Michaels, the guy I beat to get to you. Face it, Truth, you’re jus……”

*To the shock of everyone in attendance, a stretcher comes down the ramp, manned by two EMT’s. They carry it over to R-Truth who instructs them to put Little Jimmy on it and carry him out.*

::Brock Lesnar::

“Are you *bleep*ing me? He’s *bleep*ing imaginary! I can’t believe you guys are actually going along with this. You have got to be…you know what? Whatever! Whatever gets you in this ring faster and gets your ass whooping over with faster, the better. Come on in here, R-Truth. You’ve got an ass whipping with your name on it and if you don’t like it, Iron Chef Lesnar will have no problem feeding you another. Now get in here!”

*R-Truth wastes little time getting in the ring after he sees that the empty stretcher gets out safely. Anger but composed, he goes back to his corner.*

::Brock Lesnar::

“That’s better. Now, I’m afraid Iron Chef Lesnar has quite the waiting list. You see, HBK got the first reservation at Café de Whoop Ass. Then, we’ve got your penciled in reservation after you and Ricochet were fighting over it and after I give you your beatdown, we’ve got the last reservation of the evening between Edge and uh…Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Now about Austin, he did something pretty damn despicable. Since he found out about this tournament, he tried to make me inept so that I wouldn’t be able to compete tonight. In other words, Stone Cold Steve Austin showed his true colors when he kidnapped Paul Heyman, brought him out to the parking lot where I was and ambushed me from behind like a coward. In fact, I have the video footage of it…”

*Brock Lesnar points behind him, towards the titantron, with a couple of jerking motions with his thumb.*

::Brock Lesnar::

“Right here. Play it.”

*Some footage of Stone Cold Steve Austin carrying Paul Heyman to the parking lot is shown. He starts to shout at him, asking him where Lesnar is. Suddenly, the video goes to static and the audio gets cut off. It comes back on and it shows Brock Lesnar being beaten down by Stone Cold with a steel pipe. The footage ends and the audience boos not at Austin but at Brock for trying to play the victim with edited footage when the exclusive footage of the Austin/Lesnar fight backstage was already shown on WWE.com. Lesnar seems to delight in the boos.*

::Brock Lesnar::

“I know. Pretty shameful, isn’t it? Fortunately, I’m a lot stronger than Austin and much more durable. I was able to come out of it with just a bad leg. But as for Austin? If he happens to beat Edge tonight, and that’s a big if, he’s going to be on the receiving end of the beating of a lifetime. In that match, he’s going to wish that he stayed retired and that he stuck to beating women like back in the day. In short, Austin’s going to wish that he was never born. Hell, I wish he never was. But that’s alright, you all will get what you want. Whether it’s that crippled Canadian, Edge or that Texas Gardensnake, yours truly, Brock Lesnar is going to become the new World Heavyweight Champion! And that’s the bottom line because Brock Lesnar said so!”

*Lesnar tosses the microphone away and is finally ready to face an irate and focused R-Truth.*
