Micheal Cole he is super over as a heel. If he wasn't a commentator he would be a heel manager.

Stephanie McMahon - just got all of the intangibles needed

Kevin Nash, he has a huge ego but he could (barring ego aside) be a great manager. Unlike old school managers he could take a punch and give some huge help via interference.

Eric Bischoff -super over as a heel - takes great bumps

Kelly Kelly - Could be a modern day mrs Elizabeth. Caution though she would overshadow a relatively new or unknown wrestler. She would would need to be paired with someone that can over come this

JBL - he's got the whole package as far as gimmick, mic work look ect
