Sorry folks, I missed this thread when I skimmed the section last week. If I can duplicate the blank messages, then I could work on fixing the problem, but so far it's not something I've duplicated in testing.
Most likely, it's either a browser problem or an issue with the editor. Make sure that your editor is set to the WYSIWYG editor in settings. if that is the case and you're still sending blank emails (or the person sending you has checked and is sending blank emails), please send me a PM (hehe) or email asap so I can look into the advanced editor again.
