The Miz & MITB Creative Plans...So When Does He Cash-In?

There has been much talk amongst creative regarding The Miz and the Money in the Bank briefcase he won at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

Commentators have been informed to not push his title too hard because when he ultimately cashes it, they want it to come as a surprise to fans.

One idea tossed around was for the The Miz to be the first Superstar to lose after cashing in the Money in the Bank briefcase, but then to be quickly elevated with a huge follow-up victory.

It's been noted that all of this doesn't have to occur until WrestleMania, since the stipulation was that he had one year to cash it in and he won it in July.

Meanwhile, there has been discussion of holding a Money in the Bank Match at WrestleMania despite Money in the Bank being scheduled as stand-alone pay-per-view event in July.

Actually, you can't predict anything the WWE is going to do nowadays especially with Vince always changing his damn mind but then again, Gerwitz & Hayes are predictable with there scripts. Gerwitz hasn't been a good writer since the Attitude Era & Hayes is just not that good of a writer period.

When exactly does he have to cash his money in the bank in? He didn't win it at WM, he won it at MITB so wouldn't he get more time past Mania to cash it in?

Okay the Money In the Bank briefcase is considered a *title* right? Well check out this scenario. At WM after the MITB match, Miz comes out and cashes his in and beats the new MITB holder. So basically he would be exchanging his old one for the new one in order to give him more time to cash it in. It would be something we haven't seen from a MITB holder yet so I think it would work and be surprising to the crowd.

Here is what i think they should do, since i don't feel that they will give the Miz a serious title run. Have him cash it in at WrestleMania (Probably against the winner of Cena v Orton). To keep the streak going, Miz will win a hard fought battle,then be RKO'd or AA, and then have the person who won the MITB match earlier in the night (Sheamus or Barrett) cash it in and pin the Miz. That way Miz can chase the title honestly with the proper build up.

I can see that way working out as well. But I don't think the WWE would do that and heres why.

Most younger guys who win the WWE championship have short reigns their 1st time around, because it's simply an experiment. The WWE knows these certain superstars are the future and have the "it" factor but wants to see how the fans react to them with the title that way they can build them up better for their future title runs.

So if Miz loses it within 10 seconds of winning it, the WWE won't really get to examine the fan reaction to him holding the top prize. Which then would make his 2nd title run even less relevant since it will be another "experiment.

Just my opinion.

Yeah, that's probably true. They'll let Miz keep the belt warm until HHH is ready to return(Like they did with Jericho and the unified championship) so it will be an easy victory for "The Game"
