Let's think of some World Champions, who by the age of 28 couldn't really perform very well in the ring:

1. The Great Khali
2. The Ultimate Warrior
3. DDP
4. David Arquette

...Then there's the likes of David Fair, Horrace Hogan and Shane McMahon, who I'm pretty sure have all held some form of gold before.

...What I'm saying is, if (and ONLY IF) Garrett works his fuckin' arse off over the next 10 years, would it be so unrealistic for him to be a contender for, say the TV Championship or even the X-Devision championship?
