The Long Run For Cena

hey guys. after reading a few blogs i got to thinking, and my simple question is, where does Cena settle after all of this comotion is settled? he lost to rock, is probably going to lose to Lesnar, then what? where do you see Cena 3months, 6months, a year from now?

my opinion is this is going to lead Cena back to the WWE championship scene after eventual victories over the rock and lesnar. he'll continue to keep the edge he seems to have recently, and thatll be it. as anticlimactic as it may be, I can't see a heel turn or a long absence for him. thoughts?

I honestly see anti hero Cena in the future. Someone who does heel things but the crowd cheers because it's been so long since they have seen him actually doing something different.

One can only hope, I for one think you are on to something, Cena will probably get "injured" at extreme rules, be gone for a short time like 1-3 months then return with a vengeance and full of rage, hopefully a bit more heelish

In my opinion it wouldn't matter if Cena beat Flairs record cuz no matter what he still won't be a better wrestling entertainer than Ric Flair. John Cena will get boooed thru his entire career no matter what changes he does, there has always been John Cena haters like myself who didn't like him since he started.

Alright to be honest I grew up in South Central Los Angeles a tough neighborhood where you always had to be cautios with your surrounding cuz of gangs and thugs, not once have I ever seen a white boy (No Offense) in South Central LA. When this whole hip hop thing was growing more all of sudden these white boys from the suburbs thinking they were born in the ghetto calling each other niggas cuz of what they hear from there music and dressing like thugs cuz of the music videos they watch.

So which brings me to John Cena the "Doctor of Thugnomics" a man who grew up in the suburbs, went to a private High School (I knew that before the Rock mentioned it) and had only 1 black friend all of sudden thinks he's a thug that's why I disliked him.


Second he was trying to go Hollywood with his horrible acting, even my parents went to go see it theaters which didn't know who he was and said the movie was horrible and so is his acting all of sudden comes out on live tv thinking he's a marine. I give him credit for supporting the troops but so does everyone else but you don't see them wanting to act like one. My Uncle served 20 yrs in the Military thank god he made it out of Vietnam but he always told us I didn't go to war because I wanted to protect my country, I went so I can have a better career in the future. I also have 2 cousins who joined the marines and said the exact same thing, so to me Cena coming out like that made me hate the guy.


Just to rap this up we got John Cena shoving down our throats for 7 long yrs with horrible mic skills, kissing the fans asses, entertaining the people who buy his merchandise, won't have a character in the wrestling entertainment business because of his make a wish reputation and cuz John Cena doesn't put effort in making Wrestling Entertainment "ENTERTAINING". You might say well it's the writers fault or Vince's fault but to me I blame all three because writers are making Cena look Invincible, Vince wants Cena to keep wearing his ugly ass T-Shirts to make more money and Cena himself cuz he is the top guy which means he has some saying backstage didn't make an effort to bring Wrestling Entertainment back to the WWE so that's why I hate John Cena.

Don't get me wrong I respect for what he does with the make a wish kids but he needs to leave that outside of the WWE in his personal life and not bring it in Live Tv.

You were actually going pretty well until the last paragraph. Whilst I partially agreed with most of your reply, the last thing was a logic fail. Cena is as popular as he is for MAW because of his on screen character. He is requested so much because he is a clean cut, superhero. And part of his on screen character is based on him being such a swell guy and doing so much good for the kids. So you can't seperate the two.
