why bother keeping porn on your hard drive when you can stream it for free and find whatever you are in the mood for?

Not really, if it's random, then it falls under the "Shit happens" rule, and if it's targeted, then the asshole that did it has your IP. In either case your best shot is to just call your isp and request an ip address change. There is a small cost involved (I think it's 20 bucks, but I haven't done it in years)

that depends on what you have, with your Hard drives crashing it's not like you can lose anything vital. but if you use financial software or bank websites there could be an issue there.

The only one I use has a locally generated code using a code generator I have in hand, so I don't think that'll be an issue.

Plus I'm disappearing in a month(ish) anyway, so I wont be on this IP.
