Well said TDA. I think it bears repeating though - Frank has talked of removing the efed section altogether so, it's up to the members using the efeds to exercise some self responsibility if they want them to survive

I can fully understand why he's considering that option, because believe me, as I said in my earlier post here, I'm as tired as others are of the problems that keep emerging in the e-fed section. It pisses me off big time that something which I started doing for fun, a hobby if you will, is being destroyed and turned into a chore that's nothing more than a nuisance.

But I for one would be VERY pissed off if that happened. I and a LOT of others have put in countless hours of work into that section, and I for one would be pissed to see my own and others creative work tossed to the bin like that. If that ever happens, then I would hope that we're given the chance to recover the work so that it isn't lost forever.

However, losing the e-fed section = loose a lot of members. It's a simple fact (I'm pretty sure Frank said this in another thread recently).
A lot of the members here are here simply to e-fed, and if you lose that section, you're going to lose those people. Plus, having a good e-fed section (which EWN has) attracts a lot of new members. I've seen a lot of people sign up citing the good e-fed section as their reason for signing up.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Expand the team of moderators and the problems will be dealt with quicker and more efficiently. The more of you there are, the better equipped you'll be to take out the trash so to speak, and the troublemakers will be weeded out a lot quicker than they are.
Other forums I've seen have a lot more than 5 moderators, I fail to see the reluctance to do the same here.
