Unlike other matches Cena has made miraculous comebacks in, for example his "handicap" match with Riley and Miz, this one against Lesnar was special because unlike in the others, he did not go in as the favourite. The fact that most people expect Lesnar to win and Cena came out on top instead made the ending enjoyable. Even the predominantly anti-Cena Chicago crowd cheered when he got the pin.

I see what you are saying.. But I think if Brock comes out on Raw bragging how much he hurt Cena and forced him out Injured then his point would have been made and he can move on to the next target!

All in all the PPV was really cool, Jericho Vs Punk was great, Sheamus Vs Bryan was great and Lesnar lossing was OK after that match. He can still bragg about all that.

Just when Cena was starting to become a sympathetic baby face they had to pull the super hero card and ruin the debut of a monster heel. I actually thought the sheamus-dbrian match was the best of the night, and loved the story it told.

They had to have Cena win this match because if he didn't you completely discredited the face of your company to guys who we probably won't see in the WWE past Wrestlemania 30.

I didn't even remember the Ryback match. I also forgot the Diva's match for a split second when I wrote that. There actually were worse when I took the time to think about things a bit more clearly. If you read on, you can see how I rated each match that I saw. So, am I trolling? No. Are you? Probably, since you didn't read my subsequent post.

Kudos to Brock for doing the job. It's not how I would have written it but there you go. $$$ > pride. I'm surprised, guess I had Lesnar pegged wrongly.

My guess is he'll do something on Raw to 'force' Cena to have time off and therefore seem ruthless and tough again, saving some face along the way

I enjoyed this match quite a lot. Lesnar and the WWE imo really honored the extreme part of the PPV name. I really enjoyed it. And yes it's a bummer Brock didn't go over. But man that was an enjoyable match.
