    Smackdown piped noise.

Okay, so we all know that what you hear on smackdown may or may not be current sound. It's a known issue right? So, the question is... There's been some debate this week about Sandow's debut. Heard folks say they think he's got legit heat, because he seemed to talk louder, etc. I think, and sincerely hope, that he drew a real reaction. Now, most would likely agree that he got legit heat. Okay, opening of the show, seemed REAL fucking loud. Louder than RAW, louder than Extreme Rules, hell it was louder than Miami. So, yeah, that was most likely piped in. But here's my question.

Did they pipe in the Goldberg chants during Ryback's smash of Bateman?

I lean towards no. But.... there's still that little part of me that hopes that they did, which would mean that Goldberg was going to come back and smash the shit out of SKIPPY and send him back to look for more ringgear. Why? Because after Goldberg spears him into oblivion Rob Van Dam will fly into the arena on the back of a giant spliff fashioned into a rocket, with no pyrotechnics necessary as the billowing smokey mass will fill the arena, leave fans going home happy, but most assuredly ONLY after they've pilfered through the concessions one last time. After he bong drops down into the ring, he'll proceed to Five Star Frog Splash mr. sheffield so damn hard, that his wee too tiny spandex will fly off, RVD will snatch it up, and hell, he'll smoke that too before he hops back on his smokin splifftrain of awesomeness and zips back off to TNA to snatch up the Roode one's championship.(OF COURSE HE WON'T, we all know that Roode will retain.)

Let's just... take a step back here for a second.

    That was awkward...

Anyway.... So, I really don't know if the chants are piped in or not, but the idea of a goldberg return is always appealing to me. I hated goldberg when he first debuted, I mean I REALLY fucking hated him. I thought he was a no-talent hack, who WCW just hired because he looked mean, threw him in some black trunks and wanted him to be invincible to try to rival WWF's Steve Austin. However, he grew on me, and as much as I know that it will most likely never happen, i'd like to see him return. Just please god keep him away from Lesnar. If he did return, they'd both only be there for a short time, so don't make us sit through another shitfest of two guys that don't care about your company's well being anymore. And... it sure would suck for them to build up Ryback(If you want to call having him kick the shit out of 95lb. shitstains that half this forumbase could maul a buildup), only to have him get destroyed by Goldberg upon a return. I know it's all a pipedream here, and it sure would be a detrimental way to bring Bill back, but, what do you think? About the piped noise in general? Ever see a chance of Bill returning?

I wish, but I doubt it. I thought he said WWE could kiss his ass.

No I don't think Goldberg has anything left to offer the business. His gimmick was a one time only deal
    Picture me like this....

I'd rather hear Goldberg on commentary than Lawler these days.....

The Royal Rumble is the largest singles match ever.

That.... would actually be awesome. LOL. What, you get like, grunts, growls. A few good one liners. Every now and then you just hear a loud SMACK, the camera pans over and Bill has headbutt one of the tv's? Or, dear god, if we're lucky, COLE!

I know this is about the aleged piped noise, but....
I really enjoyed the whole segment. Sandow will have to draw legit heat with promos like that, and if he can continue to interact with the crowd as he did good things should happen.
I enjoyed Bateman, I usually do, he has real character and it shows nearly every time he is on TV.
I also liked that Ryback squashed a rostered wrestler, means he is moving up. So far I like him, but am awaiting some certenty in his charater, as Im not 100% on what he is all about, face/heel, man/machine? Been a while since a guy did so many power moves.

As for Goldberg. screw him, never was a fan, but thats just me.
