So tonight Ziggler walked out on Vickie and Swagger after his match saying he's "better than this". I can see three ways to go:
1. Nothing happens: Next week they win a match and everything is worked out
Giddy's Take: I definitely don't want to see this. I think they should go their separate ways and move up the ranks (Swagger an midcarder, Ziggler a high upper midcarder-main eventer)
2. Ziggler stays heel, Swagger goes face: In this Vickie could get left in the dust, and Ziggler pulls out the classic heel team and one of them keeps losing the match for them, so the other turns on them. We've seen it quite a few times, but I think it could work out well. Ziggler is a great heel, and it would be a big risk to turn him face, and I think Swagger could be a good face (like a Kurt Angle-esque face, All American American).
Giddy's Take: It could be good. Ziggler is a great heel on the mic and in the ring. Swagger can be good on the mic from time to time, and I'd be interested to see how he does as a face. I for one think he should've turned face way back, after teaming with Cole. Cole was kinda mistreating him, and I think Swagger should've began a feud with Cole and a heel with Cole. But alas, we could see that face turn here.
3. Ziggler turns face, Swagger stays heel: I honestly think this is how it's gonna go down. Ziggler tries to leave the group, and Vickie has Swagger beat him down. Afterwards it's Ziggler trying to break away from Vickie, and Vickie using Swagger to make Ziggler's life hell.
Giddy's Take: I honestly would like to see this. It looks like Ziggler's stuck in a rut as a heel right now, so I think a fresh face start may be the way to go. The man is a great heel, but I think he could be a good sarcastic kinda face. He gets along well and is funny with the fans on twitter, and gets good pops. I think as a face Ziggler could be big.
