I would say just getting out of the impact zone
sure you can talk about Hogan and Bischoff, but I just don't think they are TNA's biggest issue right now, I think it comes down really to 2 things
1. Lack of name recognition/advertising. WWE has the clear advantage here since it has been around forever, however TNA really needs to step up their ad campaign
2. product seems lackluster. TNA has a ton of really talented guys, and the most spoiled live audience in a long, long time. the IZ crowd is usually a very quiet one, that seems like most of them just wanted a place to sit down before hitting up the Jaws ride. Getting out of the Impact Zone regularly will not only get their name out there more (see point 1) it will also get fans that actually cared enough to pay for their ticket.
going outside of the impact zone helps both of these issues. While Hogan and Bischoff may not have added much to the company, they haven't done any real damage either, and Hogan's name can still be used to get the TNA product out there, as long as they can get him to actually fucking mention TNA once in a while.
