that's funny because I have to deal with a lot of people in Salt Lake, Colorado, and Wyoming on a daily basis. We all have good conversations when it comes to me being a baptist since I'm in Texas, and them being Mormons since they're in that area. I get a kick out of the fact that they asked how long of a commute it takes to ride my horse to work everyday.

i would start by trimming the fat, they have a HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE roster. then i would move out of the florida setting...makes TNA look very regional

One Of The Best. RIP Savage.

    3. Acquire a better Marketing Strategy
    4. Get rid of Hogan and Bischoff
    5. Invest in new Indy/Free Agent talent

    Remember these fact when voting...
-TNA is set to launch Live this coming Thursday and run live events through the summer.

-TNA hosted Lockdown in Tenn this year. The crowd was horrid. They will host Slamiversary in Fort Worth, TX (which I will be attending live)

-Marketing is where Dixie got a lot of her experience in the entertainment world before becoming President of TNA

-Even if Hogan and Bischoff were fired, TNA would still have to payout their contracts (unless they breach contract like Flair did.) Would you rather them sit at home and get paid or be a part of the show and get paid.

-There are MANY free agents on the market right now, and there's a lot of talent in the indies (We saw this with Joey Ryan) but there's a lot of hyped wrestlers as well (example Silva who was hyped up in OVW, but has yet to live up to it yet in my opinion. With the addition of OFN and GutCheck, TNA appears to be addressing this, but how important is it really.
I voted for the brining in of Free Agents, If you look at the recent departures; Shelley, Nese, Jesse Neal, Shannon Moore. The TNA Mid-Card has disappeared. They need to bring in the likes of Joey Ryan, Alex Silva and if you look at the OVW Roster there isn't alot of talent that is impresive Jammin Olivencia, Mohammed Ali Vez, Jesse Godderz all look OK but they should look at guys like Famous B, Ricochet, PAC. TNA could expand its roster also by bringing in stars from Mexico and India, Mahabali Veera, The Bollywood Boys, Chessman, El Zorro just to name a few.

I don't believe that Bischoff and Hogan are a problem anymore Creativly TNA has been on fire of late, Hogan seems re-engerized by his role and I am enjoying seeing it.

Personally I think TNA does quite well at Marketing, I think TNA should look at otherways of expanding their profile with Movies, Games, Social Networking platforms ect

Touring needs to be done, you'll always have good crowds and bad crowds but overall it would massivly improve their product.

Live is great, it certainly adds excitement, recent ratings might be down to the time change and they are obviously going to get fluctuating viewership in the ratings.

Thats why I think Talent is MOST important, they are already booked into the Impact Zone for the rest of the year so they might as well get on building talent.

Then i believe getting out of the impact zone makes the product look better and more professional though the lack of pyro is shit.
exactly what I was going to say. Boom

    All of the above....
Going Live add to the shock value...
Outside of the Impact Zone is really needed take the PPVs and even Impact on the road even if it before or after a PPV...
I think Marketing can be based on several factors and not all of them is TNA's fault... Take the cable companies in which Spike is channel that is up in the lineup...
Getting rid of Hogan or the Hogan's would be a good thing, not Bischoff he got a creative mind when he uses it... It just who to replace them with??
Invest in Indy and Free Agent Talent, with such as Gut Check and even try-out/dark matches could help very much with someone new or someone old!!
We all judge others even if it isn't our place to judge, but supposedly at the end we are all judged by one!!!
Wrestling, women and money who could ask for more???
