Reason being he is main eventing PPVs with or without the WWE/World title, that not only devalues the WWE title but shows that Cena>WWE title>World title. Even though he isn't on the cover of the WWE 13 game, he is still on the cover of PPVs and DVDs, plus he will end Flair's reign as the guy with the most runs as World champ.
