1) for those of you who keep saying HOGAN's with TNA so he cant be in the game the man has a WWE LEGENDS DEAL which allows him to be put in any wwe game (so kill that noise right their)
2) NASH is already in the game as DIESEL even tho his name is KEVIN NASH in the game they already explained that couple weeks back.
3) SCOTT HALL ? ok first off layoff the fact that he had a drug problem notice i said HAD so theirs no reason why he cant be in the game unless he doesn't take the offer. dammit X-PAC did a porno and still got in and theirs wrestlers in the WWE rite now who takes steroids so with that being said HALL could make an appearance in the game as SCOTT HALL or even RAZOR RAMON (so kill that noise right their )
4) I saw WWE 13 video on youtube they was showing screen shots of the game (yes the video was official) like was saying i saw one of the present arena's was WMx8 ROCK vs HOGAN so if HOGAN's not in it why add that arena to the game.
AND FOR THOSE WHO KEEP SAYING WCW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WWE 13. NOT ABOUT WCW JUST CAUSE ITS HOGAN,NASH,HALL ITS ABOUT THE NWO PLUS HOGAN NASH AND HALL ARE ORIGINALLY WWF STARS NOT WCW
I've never heard any of these disputes you're talking about

Your entire post comes over as an angry rant and there's no need for it

It's obvious that you really want the nWo in the game, but I don't think they will be. The game is focusing on the Attitude era as you know. The Attitude era is usually regarded as the time of the Monday night wars, 1995-2001, so that's too early for the nWo being in the WWE. I'll address your points and try and explain why
1) Of course they could put Hogan in the game. There's no disputing that. WWE doesn't own his image rights, Hogan does. So he himself is the one to OK it. He was in the WWE All-Stars game when he was in TNA. But the entire roster has been revealed, there will be no surprises. Here's the link >
http://wwe.thq.com/roster Could they have him as DLC? Sure why not! I don't think they will though.
2) Kevin Nash is in the game simply because he was back in the WWE when the game was being developed. Remember the Triple H feud? The 1996 Diesel is not in the game, see the above roster.
3) Scott Hall left the WWE in 1996 and didn't return until 2002. Therefore he wasn't really a part of that era. That's why he is not in the game. With regards to X-Pac, he was a major figure in the late attitude era. They couldn't remain faithful to that era without him could they? Obviously he's on good terms with the WWE regardless of his issues. I mean was back on WWE TV for the Raw 1000 special.
4) I think the video you're talking about is the attitude era trailer. This one right here.
I think you're mistaken about the X-8 arena dude. If you watch the video at around the 1.10 mark it shows you what story arcs there's going to be within the attitude era mode. One of those arcs is Wrestlemania 15. So I think you've got those mixed up.
Who's saying that WCW isn't going to part of WWE 13? The Monday night wars was the reason the attitude era even existed, so I think it's a safe assumption to think there will be some interaction between the companies. Can't see that being anything to do with the nWo though

After all the WCW was a big part of WWE 12's road to wrestlemania story.
I could be wrong about all of this, and if I am I will humbly eat my words
