Not surprising but goes to show TNA does not know how to make money espically with a guy like Sting , unbelivable . Thanks for posting .

I don't really care TNA has other better things going on. Sting is barely there but he really isn't needed at the moment either.

I don't understand what these guys or you for that matter are complaining about. Sting is like the undertaker. He is there to occasionally wrestle and have his picture on posters and things like that in order to advertise for the company. It is pretty simple. It is the same role that Hulk is playing now. If you want new people to come to see your wrestling show, you don't want posters with all these guys they have never heard of. you want Sting, Hulk, and Hardy plastered on everything.

And how do we know that is all he does. They act like he has been there one 3 days in 5 months. How do we know he doesn't help out with creative or help out younger guys in the ring and out of the ring.

I would love for them to have a huuge a huge retirement feud (ala Flair v HBK) and allow Sting to pass the torch and leave with his legacy intact.

That's pretty weird, yes.

I saw TNA last night, and I also really disliked the AJ Styles/Dixie Carter/Claire angle. It is kayfabe first class. and especially last week when Claire was crying was really awkward. Stupidest thing I've ever seen...

I agree that TNA needs Sting to promote but the question is - Is TNA utilizing Sting to his fullest potential ? The obvious answer is no . You compare him to Hogan but Hogan doesnt wrestle anymore , hes more like an ambassador then anything else . Sting should be used to his fulllest potential and if that means he wrestles 3 times in 5 months or once a year it really doesnt matter , if { and this is a big if } the pay either equals his pay or doubles it . Or in todays world he spikes the ratings which seems to be not happening in anyway . The right way to do buisness is for Sting to be in big matches with alot of promotion and in some cases lose . He needs to pass the torch and increase the ratings and I believe Sting can do it but TNA for whatever reason is holding him back .

Is TNA paying too much for him? Idk prob. But i really doubt that TNA just pays the OLD Stinger to actually wrestle all the time. How much can his body take at his age? They prob keep him around cause he's a legend and can draw imo.

I'm happy that they are using him sparingly. Kind of like the WWE does with Triple H and the Undertaker. But you don't hear anyone calling for the Takers termination. He's prob being paid a s*it load of money to work one match a year. Why? Cause he's a f*cking legend and draws.

Like I've said before I hate when legends past their prime take younger stars spots. Move aside sir. I didn't like sting getting the title shot against Roode, just like i wouldnt like if Foley somehow returned and received a WWE CHAMPIONSHIP ppv title shot currently over DB. I would also have a sh*t fit if he beat Punk, kind of like i would have if Sting beat Roode for the belt. But i digress.

To me Sting is about publicity at this stage of his career. And now TNA looks to be doing the right thing and having him put over younger guys and make big pop returns.

Now if they are paying way more for him than what they can afford, then Idk? But I'm not TNAs bookkeeper.
