    On to the matches:
*The qualifying matches were good for the time that they had. Good high spots in every match.
*The last chance fatal four way was actually better than expected. I'd give it 4 stars.
*The Ultimate X match was decent, but a bit of a letdown, as the competitors looked tired. Plus the ending was stupid and could have been done differently. Instead it kind of made a mockery of Aries giving up the X Division title for other talent to compete for.
*Joe vs Angle: Awesome match. It didn't have any buildup prior to the PPV, but it was definitely a great wrestling match. Surprising to see Angle pass out to the Clutch. And it was a good idea to have Storm and Joe as the two top guys in the BFG series. At least 4 stars.
*Styles vs Daniels: Another great match. It had good spots, good use of blood, and a sick ending where Styles hit the Styles Clash on Daniels off the stage and through a table. 4 - 4.5 stars - it had great buildup too.
*Aries vs Roode: Honestly, I expected this match to be a bit better. But it was good, with both men getting in offense, a terrific backstory, and a good ending. A huge congratulations to Austin Aries for winning the world championship!

I'll definitely continue watching Impact and TNA's PPVs this year, as their last couple of PPVs have all been good.
The whole PPV was bad just because I done terrible on the prediction contest. Darn you TNA!

In all seriousness I'd have to agree with TBO's assessment of Destination X.
Ouch!! - You got Knocked the F*** Out!!!.

I loved it. In my eyes you only had two matches going under the *** mark (Andrews-Kash & Ion-Flip) and the rest were all good to fantastic. Three really great matches:

3 - Samoa Joe vs. Kurt Angle ***3/4
2 - AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels ****
1 - Robert Roode vs. Austin Aries ****1/4

Very solid PPV, TNA's best of the year so far, maybe even best of the big three so far

I thought the Ultimate X (X division title match) should have been a lot better, disappointed me really especially as Zema Ion won the belt. I don't rate Ion at all.

However although Roode vs Aries was good, Daniels vs Styles was off the chain and the finish was superb. A certain match of the year candidate that one fo sho!
