Thoughts on recent Impact.....

Underlined wrestlers names so you wouldn't have to read all of it if you didn't want to. If you just wanted hear my comments on certain subjects such as Aries being the new TNA world champ, AJ/Daniels storyline, or masked men/Hogan/Sting storyline.....you would be able to do so by finding it easier. Just give an update on my personal thoughts. Wondering if anyone catched some of the things I catched in the final segment and more.

Daniels and Kaz riding AJ coat tails for about a year now still annoys me. Let us get the obvious out of the way first. Figure that speaks enough volumes on how I feel about the storyline.

Bully Ray/Park storyline after last week got me hooked back in simply because I've been waiting for it to be over. I just want Abyss to be back period. I think we are building to that point after last week when Park did that to Bully Ray after the match with the blackhole slam. Wondering where they go from there.

Shocked Joe hasn't been jobbing and was in lead going in to the match vs RVD, but he lost. It is ok though...still doing very well. I hope Aries faces Joe or Angle at Bound For Glory for the title. Don't like all the world title matches Storm has been getting. Nothing against him, but he gets a shot vs Roode than the fatal 4 way, Lockdown, and again...no thanks. Give other guys a shot.

I've been begging for TNA to put the belt on Zema Ion for a long time. Before his match with Aries on a ppv probably this year. I thought it was a mistake not to capitalize on the heat he was receiving for the Jesse Sorrenson stuff, but since he may be returning 3-10 months.......worth the wait I suppose.

I was a bit upset at the fact the title match at Destination X was not title for title, but now I seem not to care that much about it. Aries as the world champion is good if you ask me especially for the X-Division. Best opponent for Roode to have at the ppv. Proved to be an awesome ppv with positive reviews. Can't wait for Bound For Glory.

Don't understand the whole Madison Rayne with Earl sorta thing. Not much has been said about it. Teases with Robbie E, Garrett, and so forth had me a bit puzzled. Didn't see that one coming.

I'm not a fan of Tess. I guess you could say I'm a mark for Velvet Sky, but I'm all about tradition of a ppv. Didn't make a lot of sense Tess vs Gail because it was the 10th anniversary of the show. I believe a veteran should have faced Gail at the event such as Velvet, Love, ODB instead, but not everything goes our way. Hopefully her reign as champ won't last long.

Liked the Anderson/Angle matchup. It intrigued me as a one night thing because of their past rivalry between one another. Good match.

The angle I most wanted to address was the final segment last week where we saw a ton of botches. 1st off, why didn't Sting and Hogan walk out of the office down to the ring together? Does Hogan need a grand entrance every time? LOL! If you and a friend was going somewhere like to a teacher to address something.....you wouldn't just go by yourself and wait for him to come. You would walk with him by your side which is issue #1. #2 we had what? 6 masked men who beat the crap out of Hogan in his office right? Where was Brooke when this happened? She didn't come from the front door.....she came from behind the camera when she was shouting for the masked men to leave. Does Hogan have 2 doors in his office? Issue #3, why wouldn't have they attacked Brooke? Why would they leave the room just because she said so? You can beat up Hogan and send a message to him, but not attack his daughter as well to create even more drama. They shouldn't have used Brooke in that situation to begin with. They should have had wrestlers find him and get the masked men to back off which would have been far more realistic than leaving because she says so. Issue #4, Sting walks up the ramp after he sees it on the titantron. He gets attacked from those same guys who are live backstage just leaving Hogans office. It would be different if Hogans office was the merchandice stand. TNA obviously forget the Live factor of TV. Turning into a terrible situation making both legends look silly which they have been quite often in the last couple of years. Hearing that Hogan will be in a tag match at bound for glory makes matters worse. I don't know what all of you think of this, but I believe it sucks!!

To add, I feel like Kaz has been held back with this storyline accept for hes one half of the tag champions right now, so that's okay, for now.

But once this shity storyline is over Kaz should really be pushed to the main event scene. TNA has a young star there. He has the skills, okay mic skills and most important, those Hollywood looks.

Get him off of AJ and Daniels's nuts.

^^^^^ I'll second that. I can't say I finished watching last nights show yet. This past raw was better than its been in a long time. For about the last three months going back to the sacrifice ppv. TNA especially impact has been head and shoulders above raw. In terms of putting on a better show. Some story's like that clare/aj outright suck. However the difference between wwe and tna right now sometimes on raw i wanna fast forward the matches because they are a squash or they suck. In tna sometimes I wanna fast forward the talking. I guess for me when I am watching a wrestling show, I would rather the worst part is some bad acting/angles vs boring matches

I have really enjoyed the whole Joseph Park Storyline and now he is beginning to show the slower fans (lol) that he is the same person (I secretly hope that it is his actual brother imagine that lol hulk trololol in the background) Yeah it has been interesting just watching it slowly unfold not a like a wwe storyline where it ends so damn quick.

You got some positives and negatives to both shows. Top storylines in TNA storyline such as Sting/Hogan vs mystery guys is botch city thus far and don't really care for it. As far as world title scene goes, certainly and been getting more interested in the Bully Ray/Parks storyline as well. It is fresh like you said. Never looked up the spoilers anyways when impact was live. I did however know when a new world champ was crowned however when sting returned to face Jeff before the Victory Road fiasco.
