Pyros go off as Taz and Mike Tenay introduce us to Hardcore Justice! But we see a little video package of what has been going on. Taz and Tenay hype up the solid main event of tonight as Austin Aries will defend his TNA World Heavyweight title against Samoa Joe and Bobby Roode as this is the first defense and they run down the current TNA Hardcore Justice card as we get underway with our first match to open the show! As we have Kenny King taking on the X-Division Champion..Zema Ion!
We get a quick video package showing the recap of the recent feud between King and Ion.
Kenny King's music hits as the crowd cheer straight away he runs down the ramp and slides into the ring as Zema Ion's music hits. He comes out with his hair spray and he walks down the ramp as the crowd give him a cold reaction as the match gets underway.
Match 1. Kenny King vs Zema Ion (c) - TNA X-Division Champion Match
Finish: Zema Ion hits a Handstand Tijeras on Kenny King, Ion then strikes with a huge dropkick. Ion jumps up the turnbuckle to hit the 450 Splash but King moves out of the way just in time as Ion lands on the referee. Kenny King picks Ion up and sends him to the corner, King runs to the corner and hits Ion with a Coronation but Ion grabs hold of the rope and he sends himself and King flying out of the ring. They both get up and King sends Ion to the ring as Ion quickly grabs his spray paint without King realizing. Ion slowly gets up but King wastes no time and hits the Royal Flush but Ion sprays King in the face and strikes with a Gory Bomb before throwing the spray outside the ring, he picks the ref up as he goes for the cover to retain the TNA X-Division Champion!
Winner: Zema Ion
We head backstage as Christy Hemme is with D'Angelo Dinero. She asks him if he knows why Devon attacked him last week. The Pope says that he doesn't have a clue what Devon's problem is, but he isn't gonna underestimate Devon going into the match, but he is gonna make Devon pay cause not only did he turn his back on The Pope himself, but he turned his back on the fans!
We head back to the Impact Zone as we get a recap of the recent rivalry between Kaz & Daniels and Gunning for Kash.
Kaz and Daniels's music hit and they walk down the ramp as the crowd boo them. Kaz and Daniels just ignore them as they slide into the ring. Gunning for Kash's music hit but they don't come out. Kaz and Daniels are confused as the music hits again, but they still don't come out. Daniels grabs a mic. He says that if Gunner or Kid Kash don't come in the ring right not, then he is just gonna declare the match as a forfeit! The music hits again but they still don't come out. Kaz and Daniels are about to leave the ring but Gunning for Kash come from behind and the crowd pop, they attack them as the ref rings the bell for the match to go underway!
Match 2. Gunning for Kash vs Kaz and Daniels (c) - TNA Tag Team Champion Match
Finish: Gunner and Kazarian are the legal men in the ring. Gunner kicks Kazarian in the gut and pushes him in the corner, Gunner runs to hit a spear but Kazarian quickly moves out of the way causing Gunner to hit the turnbuckle. Gunner turns around but Kazarian kicks him in the gut and picks him up and puts Gunner on top of the turnbuckle as he just lies there. Kazarian hits Gunner with the Flux Capacitor off the turnbuckle and goes for the cover, but Kid Kash is there to stop it. Daniels rushes into the ring and him and Kash have a stare off before exchanging blows. Kazarian gets back up and he and Daniels hit a double suplex on Kash before Daniels takes him out of the ring. Kaz waits for Gunner to get up but from out of nowhere, Gunner nails him with a Spinebuster. He goes for the cover but Kaz kicks out at 2. Gunner gets pissed off and waits on the corner to hit Kaz with the spear, Gunner strikes but Kaz rapidly reverses it into a Fade to Black and goes for the cover to get the 3 count!
Winners: Kaz and Daniels
After the match, Kaz and Daniels smirk before they brawl with Gunning for Kash. But the brawl is interrupted by the same 4 masked men from previous weeks and they attack all 4 wrestlers as they run through the crowd.
We head outside the building as Samoa Joe is seen walking into the building. Someone comes up to him and asks him if he is confident coming into the 3 way dance. Joe says that he is more confident then ever, Austin Aries and Roode have got absolutely nothing on him. It's only a matter of time before he wins the belt, and becomes a TWO time world champion. Joe pushes the guy out of the way and walks into the building.
The camera goes back to the Impact Zone and The Pope's music hits as he walks down the ramp ready for his title match, not only is he out of the title match, but revenge is a key thing as well as he wants revenge for Devon's poor actions this week on Impact. Devon's music hits and he walks down the ramp to a mixed reaction, and he picks up a mic. He says that what happened on Impact, was intentionally. The reason he attacked The Pope, was because he thinks that he's the star of Impact. He thinks that he is the one. He thinks that he is the face of Impact. And he is gonna be the one who stops The Pope from being the star, and no one will stop him! Devon slides into the ring as The Pope gives him a dirty look obviously looking pissed off at Devon.
Match 3. "The Pope" D'Angelo Dinero vs Devon (c) - TNA Television Champion Match
Finish: Devon hits a clothesline but The Pope ducks, Devon turns around and hits the Lou Thesz press and repeatedly punches him in the head. The referee stops him as Devon stops the punches. As he's about to pick The Pope up, The Pope strikes with a 4-Up! The Pope goes for the cover but Devon kicks out at 2. Both of the wrestlers get up the The Pope nails Devon with a dropkick and goes for the Knee Drop which keeps Devon down. The Pope goes for the cover but Devon kicks out at 2. The Pope hypes up the crowd but he doesn't realize that Devon is slowly getting up, he turns around and Devon nails him with the Thrust Spinebuster. He goes for the cover but The Pope put his leg on the rope. Devon quickly gets up and complains to the ref, but The Pope rolls him up for behind, but he kicks out at 2. Devon gets pissed off and goes for the clothesline but The Pope ducks and Devon crashes into the corner. Devon turns around but The Pope hits the DDE, and goes for the cover to get the full 3 count! And we have a new Television Champion!
Winner: "The Pope" D'Angelo Dinero (New Champion)
After the match, The Pope celebrates as security come and take Devon away. The Pope goes into the crowd to celebrate with the fans as he celebrates his new and 1st title win.
We head backstage as Bobby Roode is seen warming up for his upcoming match against Aries and Joe. As the cameraman heads into the room, but Roode shuts the door in his face and says that he isn't wasting any time just for the pathetic "paparazzi".
We get a vignette that shows us a recap of the current situation between Mickie James and Velvet Sky & Ms. Tessmacher. They also show us a recap of Gail Kim and Mickie winning the Knockouts Tag Team Belts!
The camera goes back to the Impact Zone as Velvet Sky's music hits. She runs down the ramp as the crowd cheer her on. Ms. Tessmacher's music hits and she comes out to a good pop as she slides into the ring. Ms. Tessmacher and Velvet Sky shake hands as the match goes underway!
Match 4. Velvet Sky vs Ms. Tessmacher (c) - TNA Knockouts Champion Match
Finish: Ms. Tessmacher hits a suplex on Velvet Sky and then goes for a leg drop. Sky slowly gets up but Tessmacher pushes her into the corner. Tessmacher hypes up the crowd and goes for the Asstastic but Sky runs out of the way and counters with a Beauty-T! She goes for the cover but Tessmacher kicks out at 2. Tessmacher slowly gets up but from out of nowhere, Gail Kim and Mickie James appear and they attack Sky.
Winner: Velvet Sky (Via DQ, doesn't win the belt)
After the match, Gail Kim and Mickie James carry on with the beatdown. They turn around and look at Tessmacher who is just watching. They tell Tessmacher to join in but she refuses and gets up. She offers a handshake to Kim and James, who shake her hand as the crowd are shocked. Tessmacher leaves but she turns around and nails Mickie with the belt, Kim turns around and Tessmacher nails her with the belt. She helps Velvet up and they head backstage.
The camera goes to Taz and Mike Tenay and they discuss the friendship between Ms. Tessmacher and Velvet Sky. And Tenay says that he has just recieved word from Sting, that Velvet Sky will take on Ms. Tessmacher next week on Impact in a rematch for the Knockouts Title! But up next, Magnus will take on Crimson in a Grudge match!
We head backstage to Austin Aries and he has only just arrived in the arena. The camera man asks him how he is heading into the match. Aries says that he is in the mood to kick some ass! And not only will he kick Samoa Joe's cocky ass! But he will kick Roode's ass back into orbit! Cause he is that good. He tells the fans to prepare for the match of the night and he heads into his locker room.
