Give him a singles run initially, having him missing out on winning titles and what not. In the mean time, turn Truth back heel with his conspiracy thing.
Bring Pope out to agree with him since he's been pushed down by the conspiracy etc, and your team is born.

don't see that type of stable happening because Nation was about race and they may not want to offend anybody. Than again, they did do tractors for Mexicans with Del Rio that one night on Raw.
